got pitted against a lawbringer and nuxia with a fire buff on epic level quest, and they just fucking beat me mercilessly.
the harder ones are definitely made with co-op in mind because trying to solo this is really hard
So they apparently removed the kill animations for the minions and the pike men can interrupt your executions. That kind of blows, so now the pike men in Breach are going to be hardasses and we won't have those good flowing kill animations.
Oh and Breach is so fucking good and it REALLY requires you to pull in some team effort.
What rarity is the new armor at? Is it all super high tier?
I've seen like rep 1's with it so I'm going to assume any rep.
Just started playing this on the PC after it was given away for free on Steam that one time. Farming steel is a bitch. I still need 3k so I can recruit the Orochi. Any advice on how to get that amount quickly? I read finishing the story mode gives you a bunch of steel. Finished the tutorials already and orders are alright but you still don't get enough.
Tutorials and story for the inital steel boost. If you can do the breakables in the story that's extra steel too. Then doing your orders. Also, if you get an order you just can't get done online you are able to complete them against AI.

That feeling when the tiandi's dodge light is faster than the nuxia's dodge light, because having the vanguard attack faster than an assassin makes sense.
They don't make thematically accurate choices for the characters, never did. Most evident with Lawbro never getting hyper armour despite being the biggest most armoured fucker on the field.
I've seen a fair few Tiandis and Jiang Juns and a handful of Shaolin, but few to no Nuxia players. She doesn't seem too popular compared to the rest.
Nuxia is a fucking cunt and i hope she keeps the low player count. That unblockable jab is absolute haram that puts warlord's bash to shame. Either you relex and try to block/parry, or you miss it and get half your health removed.

Breach is also good for leveling that one hero you always wanted to try. Too bad in some circumstances if it's not a zone clearing like Warden or Highlander you're bound to run into some trouble.

Lb is so weak now its depressing. Sure you can land plenty of hits using his skillset, but he hits like a wet piece of paper now.
It sucks because he gets the best new gear in the game and the only way to get the best out of him is to use him impaling charge off a cliff or keep at the long arm of the law to knock em down.
Actually, does anyone know how to make good use of Lawbringer? I hear he's got some good shoves and keep-aways, and that's about all I know.
Lawbringer is still playable against most classes as long as you aren't facing, say, the Conqueror, who can shut down all of Lawbringer's tech by just flipping a shield bash at you. It's kind of awful and I really hope we get a rework soon, because I'm still rolling him and I'll keep rolling him until they fix him and I can roll him better.
You basically have to lull your opponent into a mindgame segment where they can't be sure what you're actually going to do, allowing your unblockables to actually hit because you've successfully fooled them into thinking you'll feint it again. Attacking too much as Lawbringer inevitably gets you killed, and turtling is not only boring but also effectively useless unless you plan to spend an entire game poking an orochi with lights until he finally dies. His shoves are good on paper, but even now they give out way too much revenge and get beaten by the shoves, kicks and punches of more than half of the rest of the cast with shoves, kicks and punches, and long arm is essentially worthless outside of a team fight unless you can somehow really push an enemy into it.
bought the expac, refunded it cause I wanted lethal league blaze when it came out, turns out i've kept arcade and chinese hero privileges
I forgot how shit I was at this game and it's depressing me. I just end up facerolling the keyboard and sometimes I win and sometimes I lose, but it never quite feels that satisfying.
I love Breach, but it's such a pain in the ass playing it alone cause' it seems that nobody really understands how to play it.
tbh i just mostly play against bots cause real players i end up playing against are either literal gods or demi-gods
I might have to switch to bots. I haven't been able to keep up with characters since the first reworks and it seems to get faster every change.
Does Ubisoft plan to make the arcade mode available without the DLC(Like paying steel for it)?
