IIRC it was a combination of save bloat and shitty scripting that runs all the time. Its the same reason why I avoid Wet and Cold like the fucking plague, scripts and spells that apply to every NPC at once and don't resolve properly.

Is there a less script-heavy alternative to Wet & Cold? I don't think I could live without those breath and snow visual effects anymore.

I can't believe after all these years, lewd mods is what made me cave in and learn properly how to use the Mod Organiser, LOOT and troubleshoot problems how it should be done instead of half-assing it with the NMM

I think Get Snowy does the snow effects without any of the other script bloat mess of Wet and Cold but I'm not sure, I've never used it. As for other mods that can really fuck your game up, anything that uses constantly running scripts or apply cloak spells to multiple NPCs can and will fuck things up. Dual Sheath mods, any "realistic needs" mods, that shitty Immersive Creatures mod, etc. Most cases these problem mods have issues with scripts running and running but never finishing. This is usually cause the creator can't be assed to make sure that these scripts close properly, but even the most optimized scripts can suffer from it. It's a shame because a lot of the bigger script heavy mods are really neat but everyone is completely oblivious to the script bloat and it never gets fixed.

Blaze69 and nightro put in serious work on it. as for shitty versus slutty, slutty is not 100% immune to being badly made generally kick the hell out of most anything put out but as for 'mainstream': Legacy of the Dragonborn: worst string fuckery ever. You can install every sexlab mod ever made and still have less string hogging than this mod. Don't help the author is a literal screechbeast. CWO: CWO works better than it did but it's still not 100% Use at your own risk Immersive Patrols: Skyrim doesn't like random cell fuckery. Simple As. The People/Populated: Not terribly well written, navmesh fuckery Dual Sheath: Does not know how to skeleton, also the amount of people insisting on using this while complaining about fetish mods is pretty damn lol Frostfall/Winter is coming/Campfire/footprints: No. Just no. Your save will die, it's just a question of when. Anything with the word horses or carriage in it: Skyrim hates you, enjoy your ctd.

I looked at the credits, and this was the original mod that the LL mod author modified: https://www.loverslab.com/screenshots/816691ffa9b4abede248711171cbdfde-shark-race-4.jpg I guess they threw out the old mod and just rebuilt it from scratch because, judging by the images on the linked LL mod, it looks like nothing came from the original. I guess that's good, because the original looks like it was an MLP 3d model modified to look somewhat like a fish.

Get Snowy does look interesting but by the sounds of it it requires Wet and Cold for dust storms to not show up as snow storms anyway.

Wow, you guys really took it up on yourself to find those shark mods. And no, I don't use them, not a fan of the Second Life aesthetics it has going on. I'm just fine playing lizard boy WITH A MASSIVE DONG, thank you very much.

Of course I've played with every race, I'm talking about characters I've taken from start to finish But those three I can never get the right kind of lingerie for a dark elf, red rubber and blue skin doesn't quite work aesthetically. STD rate of Khajits are too high but that's probably a mod conflict, not to mention that one time a Khajit's barbed member managed to actually kill me. And as for Argonians, I can settle on choosing between digitigrade legs or working high heels and maid outfits...

If there's one silver lining is that iirc the writer for 3,4 and 76 isn't listed as a writer anymore so chances are TES6 might not be affected by him

The more I read about the lore history the more I think how fucking stupid Dawnguard is. Apparently the vampires in Volkihar Castle were waiting between 1000-3500+ years for Serana to return with the Elder Scroll and some how are capable of easily identifying here after that time. Also they managed to accomplish fucking nothing in that time span either.

That last one I can believe though not for the best of reasons.
