yeah i tried resurrecting and killing them, no luck. I guess I will just skip to the grand champion fight then
I have a question for you guys.
Why do the Argonians in Morrowind walk so gayly? I mean, they walk like they just got their nails done or something!
Because it's amazing
You're talking about a game were regular human races and elves all got a sick ass strut

What are some decent combat animation mods you guys use? I find the vanilla ones a bit off to look at but most of the ones I find either look too pretty/stylistic or they look like too calm

bethesda pls
I was thinking this character would have the exception of anyone but people, as the thieves guild has no rules against that, but I thought it would look nice to have all 0s in that combat stats page.
that is going to be a lot of grinding, since my character has absolutely no levels put into magicka and terrible illusion skill. and, to twist the knife, illusion spells only work on living things until you get the master of illusion perk.
yup, and making clever use of bear traps for that one honningbrew mission.

Wish they'd just make the dungeon dlcs free. People hardly seem to play them to begin with.
ah, the classic case of Multiplayer DLC content.
the cycle of "not enough people bought it" > "Not going to buy it" > rinse and repeat. That kind of DLC content only really works when you're as popular as a game like WoW.
Well I left the stream on overnight but didn't get the Twitch drop, guess it must have stalled part way through the night or something
same happens with the quest in that tower at Dawnstar
tbh Mend Wounds is pretty much the coolest shit I've seen added yet
Mend wounds + Stalwart Guard + Barrier ultimate = Medigun with ubercharge AKA insanely OP 2 player team healer
Now combine that with destro staff support, a shield, and SPC boost and you pretty much make another player a demon
I'm playing through Dragonborn again and the lady at the temple keeps going postal and trying to kill me
i thought the first couple times it was just because of friendly fire but typing stopcombat all the time is getting old, any ideas?
Apparently Bethesda actually remembered that the Skyrim Creation Club exists, and have announced a bunch of new content.
Here's a list of what's new:
A circlet, amulet and ring pack (in regular and assumedly unique enchanted forms),
A new mage focused player home in Morthal's hold
New fox, rabbit, goat, skeever and spider pets, with their own unique abilities and the ability to put accessories on some of them
Wild horses you can find and own, with a choice of saddles to put on them, along with there bing a unicorn somewhere
A bunch of alchemy items, potion effects and Ayleid items from previous games, along with "expanded crossbow bolts" (which assumedly will be bolts made of materials other than just steel and dwarven)
At some point in the future, a new dungeon that's apparently the largest one yet, which seems to also come with a dwarven horse
A lot of this seems like most players won't have much interest in it, but hey, at least it's more interesting than what they've announced for Fallout 4.
Oh good, the puzzle dungeon's finally ready.
That's no horse, it's a space station
Dwarven channel flipping
I wouldn't mind a spinoff of TES that has dwarves doing whatever the hell it is they do wherever the hell they ended up. All with canon story as well, ideally.
Is TES: Online worth it?
Does it feel like skyrim/morrowind where you just walk around and find cool shit or is it more like WoW where you need to grind to get gear?
TESO is a pretty decent MMO, but it's not really comparable to the main series gameplay-wise
I found TES: Online fun but got tired of it after about a month. I'm not that big into MMOs so that might be why.
But one thing that annoyed me was that there aren't really any areas where you can just walk around and look at the visuals (which IMO are great) without fighting anything. Outside of towns It's nearly impossible to find a place without enemies every 50 feet or so. The same could be said for other Elder Scrolls games, but enemies in Online respawn in just a few minutes. That's pretty standard for MMOs I think, but for an Elder Scrolls game it doesn't fit.
I liked ESO when I played during that free weekend but I definitely wouldn't invest more than a couple hours in it. I like how there are multiple quest lines that actually feel like quests and I think they captured the feel of TES pretty well but the MMO part is a big turn-off. The Stonefalls region actually looked like what I imagine mainland Morrowind would look like so that was good.
Its also interesting to see a little bit of the other provinces and realms. The Clockwork City has to be the single most interesting place cause of the fuckin robots and prosthetics.
I think the saddest flaw of the ES series is that its afraid of exploring the more unique aspects of the universe, something that ESO does very well but the mainline games fails very hard at doing (Minus Morrowind, being that its in one of Tamriels best enviroments)
ESO is alright but for me personally it fell right in the valley between being a good Elder Scrolls and being a good MMO where it was just unsatisfyingly neither.
