Anyone here who still plays Oblivion that wants to test out one of my mods before I decide to put it up on the nexus? It's supposed to mimic Dark Soul's stamina regen where actions stop regeneration but stamina can recover quickly normally Oblivion's fatigue regen is constant but painfully slow, especially at higher levels hopefully it should break up the pacing during fights and encourage you to play defensively for a moment and also reduce the amount of time spent constantly at low fatigue. I've been playing with it for a while now and I like it, but I'd like some feedback on the design and any bugs that might be present.
did you change the game settings for the faster regen?
regen is handled by a script stops when you're doing things like attacking and jumping continues when you're just running around or blocking. Decided to make it regen based on your Willpower+Level, seems to work alright.
why aren't the balmora guards protecting me from muggers
because you're an outlander and deserve to be mugged
So I have the base ESO, which is the best pack to get to get all of the DLC? there's so many different types of packages i'm confused
IIRC subscribing to the monthly premium system gets you everything.
But isn't that a monthly sub? as much as i'd like to play the dlcs i don't really want to be paying monthly
By subbing to ESO Plus you don't have access to the expacks (chapters). You have to purchase them. You can buy them with crowns, though.
A permanent XP boost and a crafting supply bag makes it pretty worth it.
have most mod makers moved onto skyrim special edition? was thinking of buying it or just sticking with og skyrim.
Most newer mods seem to be on both.
I'd go with SE, That's where new mods seem to be released, plus the other benefits it brings.
i unfortunately just decided to fill myself in on ESO's lore "Mannimarco™ betrays Varen Aquilarios during his attempt to use the Amulet of Kings® to become Dragonborn™" lol nice one
Also how are the smaller dlcs(the likes of Dark Brotherhood, orsinium and what not) if I don't sub do I miss out on a big chunk of the game?
how is eso anyway
No, you don't. The main quest is pretty big and it intersects with the Mages Guild and Fighters Guild quest lines, along with the faction quest line. You can rush it or just take your time and complete the side quests from each region. Unfortunately I didn't do that as I was annoyed by the fact that I bought this game so long ago and hadn't completed the main quest. There's Craglorn, which was a DLC and then was released to public. It's a new zone with new quests, I think it's the same size as some DLCs. If you own a chapter, I can say that the Morrowind one is great, though I'd like it to be bigger. You have 32 quests, but it has a lot of Daedric dungeons and ancestral tombs that you can clear out. I don't know about Summerset, as I haven't played it yet. You can also get some DLCs for free with the daily login rewards system, although I don't know if it was a one time thing ZeniMax did (they gave away Murkmire DLC for free on last year's November daily rewards). There's also some offers that appear from time to time and you can purchase the DLC with some crowns you got from buying the game. The crafting bag from ESO+ is nice, but I don't want to sub to another MMO and have to split my time between both. I don't sub and there's still a lot of things to do, I only own Dark Brotherhood, Murkmire and Thieves Guild DLCs and I haven't even started their quests yet. see above

Has any man beaten Skyrim as many times as ymfah?
So i'm playing as a templar in ESO, does anyone have any gear recommendations(got a full set of the netch's touch but only as I wanted a set of some kinda armour lol) but I need/want something with better magika recovery so I can heal people more as i run out quickly, i noticed during some of the dungeons, i'm fairly new to mmo's, well newish
There's a new Creation Club Sneak Peak. There's Dawnfang/Duskfang from Shivering Isles, Netch Leather armor from Morrowind, new crossbows, and new variants of existing armour. There's a lot of reuse of assets from Blades in this. Dawnfang/Duskfang use the same model and base textures as Bloodthirst/Rimelink, and the new armour variants are literally just the new models they created for Blades, though it sounds like they're not including all of the pieces for each type. There's still more armours in the CCC to come from Blades, being Ebony, Silver, Orcish Scaled, and Leather. Plus, there's the variants not in the CCC file right now, being Steel, Iron, Orcish Plate, Dwarven Plate, Quicksilver, Daedric Plate and Dragonplate, along with the extra weapons they added for each material as well (Hand Axes and Light Hammers) and the other unique weapons/armor. I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing, but I wish they were more upfront about it, and that the armours were all in one big bundle instead of being sold individually. There's not much to talk about with the crossbows, but it's nice to see them finally fill out most, if not all the missing materials. Seeing more items from Morrowind is always nice too, and I assume the unique boots they're talking about are the Boots of Blinding Speed.
Todd, I beg of you, don't do it https://twitter.com/geoffkeighley/status/1138231588712353792
Feeling a bit fed up of WoW, how anolagous is it to ESO? I've tried YouTube videos but they only cover the subscription, PvP and crafting. Is there a good PVE element?
