I noticed this happening after Industries launched, and I always attributed it to the changes in efficiency from my supply/demand in the industrial zones. I haven't seen if it happens in cities without them, but it also seems that even though it says -$25,000 per week or whatever, I am still making a profit. At times it seemed like the values were inverted, too. Hopefully it is a bug, otherwise the actual income counter is useless and would be better off as a graph somewhere.
Actually predates Industries by a few months for me! I can't remember when it started, but it's become a regular part of my city government. If it's happening with Industries, that's the result of hiccups in the supply chain. I read a great explanation on it, but the tl;dr is that farms won't send trucks until they are full, but a mill won't wait for a full truck and will spend your money on importing instead. Basically, build warehouses and keep them set to "empty", they'll still fill up with deliveries from your farm, won't spend your money on importing, and should still be willing to deliver materials to your mill when needed.

Edit: Don't keep them on Empty, they will have all their trucks exporting and none available to deliver to farms I have yet to find the perfect balance, but I'll try a full-fledged warehouse set to Fill with the rest of the mills allowed to be Balance / Export. Will report back.

When I saw this title pop up in the "recent news" feed on steam, I got very excited. Then very, very sad.

Just realized I never reported back whoops. Okay so you want supply warehouse set to Fill. It'll never export but it'll still send trucks when your factory wants stuff.

Holy shit that UI is fucking ugly. Looks 2000s as shit.
I don't agree. It looks fine.
I don't know, just something about it makes it look archaic to me, it doesn't look as bad after a few mins though. The map the other hand is drop dead gorgeous, daamn.
Only problem I had with Quill is that he never stopped talking. Should've split it into two parts imho if he could.
cant wait for that sick ass civ 4 esque map tech to really shine in vicky 3
Reminds me of the UI from Rome: Total War.
Looks good, reminds me of M&T with some of the mechanics.
Newbie CK2 question. I'm playing as a count and under a duke under the HRE. There is a Prince-Bishopric next door who is a direct vassal to the emperor. They're not on good terms. Last time I got a claim on it I discovered that it was useless because we didn't have the same *direct* liege. Anything to be done? I'm starting as the Count of Treviso and I'm looking at Udine/Aquileia if that helps. They're in NE Italy.
It reminds me of early R:TW2 which just looks lazy to me. It's not really bad, but there's a lot of empty space when you definitely make it more compact.
Got it, thanks.

Kinda lost when it comes to the new planet system. Any good guide about it you guys would recommend?
Apparently they redid tutorials and recommended using them to learn the new stuff, so try giving that a go.
I read that but when I started the game it gave me zero tutorials on the new planets system? I assume it's a bug, but I don't know what I can do about it :v
