I did. Gave me tutorials for literally everything else
The dude who made the Amarr shipset fuckin deleted the mod today. Such a bummer on patch day.
Did they add new hair?

Man, I love the new planet system so much. Only tried two megacorps (regular and criminal) so far, might have to try another civ.
I need to get brave and actually go over the admin cap like you are meant to!
The Galactic Market is broken. Once it is established, you can pause the game, sell 10k minerals to crash the price, buy 10k minerals for less than you earned, and come out with a net profit in energy credits. Same with all other resources. It's pretty funny, bet it'll be patched in a week.
I've only tried it with the diplomacy finisher and galactic market owner (-10% fee each, for a total of 10% market fee), don't think it works with regular market.
Am I the only one getting some god awful performance since the Le Guin update? It slows down to 1 day every 3 seconds by about the year 2400 at which point its unplayable.
Don't mind it, it's just the AI calculating which Pops it can castrate that day.
At that point you might as well just open the console and give yourself energy
You know what's fucked?
I know exactly how that exploit works but I have no idea how to go about fixing it really...
Well, actually, I suppose two solutions could be making Bulk Sells on that scale not give as much EC, or alternatively, make it so a Seller has to buy at the old price until a few other buyers come along to bump the price back up a bit.
Fiarly certain that was added in the last 2.1 patch. All the humanoids got a bunch of new hairstyles, though you had to own the humanoids pack for them to show up.
Ohhh boy, Slaver Guilds/Indentured Assets is quite the painful balancing act with the mandated 40% slave pops.
So I guess this means that convoy raiding and submarines will be a worthwhile investment now?
The new planet system is confusing the hell out of me. Tried a criminal corp and shit was slowing down like crazy and I only had the cap for like one colony with how much actual starbases go toward it.

He's moved on to a secret project.
I began to play HOI4 about a year ago, and now I really want to indulge myself in other Paradox games. Anything for a n00b like me?
Stellaris is easy.
Vicky 3 confirmed.
I have started to build a realistic looking (from a design standpoint, not an aesthetic standpoint) small island nation. Highways are almost exclusively two-lane national roads, save for a section of four-lane highway that stretches from the southern industrial port to the northern tip of the biggest island. I noticed from looking at island on Google Maps that for many of them, their densest areas are rarely on the water. Building on the water is almost exclusively for industrial purposes, and industry is usually restricted to a smaller area overall. Not sure whether this is to protect the beaches from erosion or whatever, but I'm figuring it out as I go.

This is the main island of the Islands of Hate. On the western tip is the industrial grid, and the highway that runs further west leads to a long, snaky island that also has the international airport.
Stellaris 2.2 planets are odd, it seems like they failed everything they set out to do in the design brief. There's just as much micromanagement (maybe more) and the AI still has no idea what it is doing. It seems like they just changed up the system and made it more complication for no real reward other than distinguishing rural harvesting planets and high pop manufacturing planets.
You can see the shape of what they wanted to do, in that it was no longer a case of "Well every so often I gotta come to my planets, click the upgrade buttons, clear the tile blockers and put the right resource extractor on the right tile." and its more a case of you need to think about what you want/need a few steps in advance.
It needs tweaking but I think it could be more interesting than the old system.
Is there a way to generate those or did you draw that by hand? I'd love a map of my city.
why the fuck did they mess with the sector system? having to fight with it every time i want to try and do anything sector-related, like making a sector into a subject, is a giant pain in the arse
I find it strange one of the most prominent groups featured in Holy Fury artwork (Balts) still use base game portraits. Wish they could've just shoved either the West Slavs or Germans new portraits.
They keep changing Stellaris dramatically. My save got ruined and I was doing so well!
Raging boys
you can roll back to previous updates using the betas tab.
Aw damn I deleted my save as well, I'll have to remember that in the future
