Back to the EU4 synths, apparently they can also spawn in Random New World with Fantasy settings enabled.
So when using the 'syntheticdawn' command, you can choose which country they annex by putting the TAG after the command.
They won't invade African countries, or at least south african, I haven't tried all of them.
They will invade Ming tho
What to do about unholy Muscovy-Ottoman-France alliance? Im playing as commonwealth. I feel like im completely fucked at this point
Yeah, that's gonna be a hard nut to crack. My advice would be to handle Muscovy early on. It would be a costly war, but if you can take moscow and cripple them early they aren't gonna forma Russia, and will also have a much a harder time expanding. It's also a good idea to guarantee/ally the hordes to the east of muscovy to contain them. If you want to be real cheesy with the ottomans early on you can no-CB byzantine and vassalize them, and then guarantee Karaman. That usually stops almost all of Ottoman's expansion. I usually don't do that myself though since I like having Ottomans as a spooky mid/late game boss.
If you want to try and break that alliance I'd suggest declaring on some of their allies, then when you peace out muscovy, france or ottomans cancel their alliances. When the truce ends just declare on whoever and start breaking them. It's obviously gonna be tough, but it sounds like it's the only way to salvage that run. Try and get some strong allies if you can obviously.

if ur gonna make this particular cheese prepare yourself with war exhaustion modifiers & some bird mana cause ur gonna have to sit on the call for peace for a while
when rebels spawn in let them siege as much shit as possible before peace. think you can also support rebels to avoid fighting them, even after they pop. not sure if they can/will siege down lands u occupy while supporting them tho
Was really hoping for a release this week, but that's ok. Sounds like they're putting a lot of thought and work into future releases, so as to prevent any serious issues like the CTD ones that plagued 0.7(or 0.6, I forget).

So, I pour a shitton of resources and diplomatic-capital as the TO in a war to break Poland's PU over Lithuania to prevent the PLC from becoming A Thing, and get a long ass 20-year truce-timer as a result...
And within six months: Lithuanian Succession War between Muscovy and Poland.
