On stream he said Reach would be first, and that the MCC is one package on PC. Pretty sure Reach is DLC for consoles.
Hopefully there will be Windows 7 support for MCC, otherwise this might just cause me to get Windows 10.

I'm just not too hot about the games being individual purchases within the MCC, but I'll wait until they show individual pricing before deciding if it's terrible or not. ODST is a €5 DLC on the XBox so if that's indicative of the pricing it'd be perfectly fine.
