World of Warcraft: Battle For Azeroth - Pirates and Dinosaurs Edition

I can't resent her as a character in the same way I could resent Garrosh because there's nothing there to hate.
What about when Garrosh had people killed for speaking against him and his goals with assassinations? What about his open racism to other Horde members i.e - when he made sure the Trolls, Tauren and Forsaken get largely massacred trying to take Theramore because he valued Orc lives more than theirs, keeping them in reserve for the 'lesser' races to get slaughtered.
I hate to say this, but all the pre-release lore material from Battle for Azeroth concerning Sylvanas paints her as far worse fallen figure than fucking Garrosh.
Garrosh, for all his atrocities and hastly-written transiction into a full-fledged expansion villain, was "just" a racist suprematist who wanted his own race to return to its glorious, blood-filled past of conquest and strenght and, as his death in Warlord's of Draenor shows, thought that was the only way to preserve the Horde amidst its many enemies.
Sylvanas literally discovered a while ago that, should she finally achieve death somehow, will be subjected to a fate far worse, so now she hates all living beings equally for being in a better overall condition than her and nowadays only wishes to spread as much suffering and pain to everyone as possible and extend her undying dominion over all Azeroth and her inhabitants, willing or not.
Wow.
ye but have u seen her ass tho oof BANSHEE QUEEN 4 EVA
All the fawning over her and the Rule34 of her really bothers me. She's dead.
Just picked up a wow sub for the first time, I played a few times back in like TBC but even then, I didnt play much. Probably should have come here first before choosing a server.
What, you don't want maggots all over your cock?
Technically speaking she's the spirit of a woman from a mystical, semi-immortal race which has been forcefully ripped from her body and made, for all intent and purpose, physical, but let's not loose ourselves in petty technicalities over here
If the Eastern Kingdoms loading screen and Forsaken female jokes have taught me anything, it's that plastic surgery works great on the Undead.
Yes, that's why I said I "could" resent Garrosh. There was actual build to him being overthrown, you had to live under a tyrant and actual witness the horrible actions he committed against his own people. That shit was neat.
Meanwhile with Sylvanas it's like "oh she did a bad thing to our enemies, pretty in keeping with her defined character, I guess we hate her now"
In before the storm they talk about how forsaken need parts replaced all the time, lol. It's weird they talk about them as being super fragile though, which seems like it'd be more of a problem then the game or lore otherwise ever seems to get across.
Also, i was reading that three sisters comic with the horrible art again, and Alleria hears void whispers that say that Sylvanas "serves the true enemy." That couldn't be old god corruption right? I would think the void would be stoked about her being controlled by old gods and i doubt the void would try to have alleria dispatch an agent of their side of the conflict. That line could always be just trying to get cause upheaval and chaos amongst the sisters, but that seems extra odd to me at this point.
dead hot oooooooooh
The Void, and basically every other whisper in someone's mind, will always tell people what they think they want to hear.
During the BfA novel (I've completely forgotten the name), there is a lot more details on what Anduin feels when he first touches the Azerite like we see in the in-game cinematic. He feels
completely at ease when he touches, almost overwhelmingly, and even has a vision of a world completely at peace, if he is simply willing to do what is necessary. I think we can all guess what "willing to do what is necessary" entails.
anduin probably thinks it entails giving everyone free candy

So I saw this dude and was this helm and shoulder never made available to players? Because that's fucking criminal.
That's DK PvP armour (though obviously you can't just have one shoulder, sadly).
It'd be so dope if you let you toggle every should between both, left only, or right only.
Never say never. I definitely think Blizzard can do it, if they really wanted to.
Even neater if you could one day combine two different shoulder sets (though I realise THAT will never happen).
I hope they bring out more asymmetrical shoulder pads.
I'm a sucker for that kind of thing.
Well, you can toggle on and off shoulders. So only doing one side shouldn't be to far fetched.
I thought she became a banshee, stayed a banshee for a while and became their queen, then took her corpse over.
Does anyone here play Fury Warrior?
If I use Whirlwind, and then rampage, does it count the full rampage as one of the two attacks that hit adjacent targets, or does it count for 2 of the rampage's 4 hits?
I assume the first, but I wanna be sure.
Yeah, unless they retconned it she's basically possessing her own corpse as far as I remember.
i'm pretty sure rampage only eats up one stack of meat cleaver
This was truly one of the worst ideas I have had so far

I grabbed the Hexen II sprites for the UI and made them fit my WoW actionbars and healtbars. Basically created a texture overlay weakaura that stays on permanently to use it in-game. Sadly it would look way better if my UI was more compact and I didn't have the minimap stuck in the middle like WoW UIs from TBC. Alternatively, if it was on a bigger resolution monitor.

This is how the original HUD looks like in Hexen II by the way
Just realized l the darkshore world quests are named after Queen songs.
A++
Making shoulder's visibility toggleable is much easier. Shoulders are one single model so they would probably have to go back and split every single shoulder model into three (Both/Left/Right)
Actually they're not. There are separate models for left and right shoulders. They only use the same texture
So did anyone watch the cinematics for the Siege of Lordaeron? They're on wowhead.
