I've heard that the beginning quest is in Silithus but I don't know for sure.

You can port to Uldum and fly to Silithus from Stormwind pretty fast.

Hopefully the portals in new Dalaran wont go away right away, or at all.

Apparently Magni gives you a quest to go to Stormwind, so SIlithus sounds like a good bet. Make sure to turn Warmode on for FUN.

Bfa will release midnight in my timezone so I'm gonna go to bed after work and hope the servers won't be too frocked at launch. I'm gonna have mad queues to log in because I play on the same servers as the two biggest wow streamers. (Soda and Asmon)

they made the area around magni a safe zone now so you're safe even in war mode

Yeah you get the artifact neck thing from him in Silithus, then he makes you go back to your capital. They have also made his little place in silithus a shrine so people with PVP enabled will be fine.

You also can't mount around Magni so we won't have XXXL Gamon's standing on it.

3 hours hype. Questline pops up from a guy following you so technically doesn't matter where you are, although you have to travel to Silithus for it.

WoW is already ahead of fortnite on twitch and the expansion isn't even out yet. Wonder how long it will last.

I'll give the hype a month. By then mythic Uldir will have been cleared, Warfronts done to hell and back, PvP season 1 will be in full swing, and people will once again be complaining about everything that's supposedly wrong with the game.

I'm pretty sure you need to do your faction's introduction scenario before you get the Heart of Azeroth. And even then, Magni comes to you rather than you having to go to Silithus.

Something is up with the realm list, all my characters are gone. Blizzard, come on. Surely you'd have it together after all these expansion drops.

I like Kul'turs direction, just make an evil magical britain, Drustvar has been pretty good, but cmon the damn abby lewis quests were over the top

So Blizzard shut down 6 servers to try fix login issues. All my 110 characters are on 5 of those 6. Help, my friends are waiting for me and I feel terrible.

oh no I love drustvar and the meandering quest chains there, Its just you wandering around running into people with problems or cursed wolves or shehaggs or a freekin execution in progress its great and there's nothing really pushing you in any direction but little things like where the current quest takes you or some loot box over the next hill

Well thank fuck I didn't stay up for launch. From what iv'e read my realm was down almost instantly. I woke up at 2am and couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to hop on, and that coincided with my realm going back up.
