Blizzard have said they'll update the worgen and goblins models eventually, but they don't have a timetable at the moment.

I don't even play as Goblins and I think they are one of the best races in the game. Everything from their personality to their design is just so good. Whenever I get some goblin's in my raid group, I will always take a moment to check out how they customised their characters just because there's so much you can do with their wide variety of customisation option combinations. I made a few more runs at Kruul but only saw phase two once before running out of shards. I'm not too bummed about it because I only just bought Legion last month. Happy I got the feral skin at least.

Are there new goblin or worgen models? I haven't seen anything about that for the PTR. I know they're supposedly coming i just didn't know we knew anything about it yet.

Bliz have been "working on it" for a long time but there's not really any confirmed date for when it's coming any more.

I'm not sure the rate but it can't be that low. I did that for about 3-4 months on my dk and got it to drop, got it on my pally 1st full party. the unholy DK hook was a bitch and a half to get though, that only dropped for me like in december or something

are you insinuating that the overworked artists that were making both the goblin and worgen models in a rush for cataclysm might have reused the ears from one on the other to save time?

Is WoW still a social game? I've played a bunch of Star Trek Online and because of it's heavily queue focus, there's not much interaction in each "dungeon" aside from people getting upset when someone isn't playing well. I've been waiting on Blizzard's classic WoW to come out, since the vanilla experience necessitates social interaction, but I'm also dying for an MMO with meaty content to dig into that has a social community.

And this is just the pre-patch. Imagine how it's gonna be when the expansion actually launches. Honestly not really unless you're in a guild. Pubs are more than content to just run through dungeons without saying a word in 9 out of 10 cases, and doing raids with randoms is toxic enough that it may as well be a radioactive hazard. The new Communities feature added in the pre-patch might alleviate that a bit since it's a way to find people with the same interests as you but I don't know how effective it'll be in the long run.

Launch isn't going to be a patch, we're essentially in BFA the moment the prepatch drops, all that remains is to turn the quests "On", this is what made Legion's launch so smooth.
