So I'm attempting to model a new Hivehand for the Alien Grunt I'm making, and along the way I decided I wasn't a fan of the current hornets. So I designed and ported in my own, as you can see here:

After running the game, however, I've begun to encounter a bug (heh heh) that I currently have no idea how to fix. Whenever the Hivehand shoots a hornet, it spawns in the center of the screen rather than spawning inside of the Hivehand. A comparison video is shown below:

Does anyone here know how to fix this problem? Do keep in mind that I'm still kinda new to Source modding. If needed, I can send the mod files.

Check if your model's bone hierarchy is indentical to retail's model, it should be something like this:

I think those have always been in the base game, but go largely unnoticed because of how quickly houndeyes go aggro
I didn't remember seeing them when I spawned them in with notarget on a year or two ago, but it's been a while so I might just be remembering wrong.
They been in there long as I can remember.

Yeah, it's the same on my end.
I wish the destroyed M35 model had gotten an overhaul alongside the rest of the vehicles. It's still based off of the model of the truck in old renders and not the actual current one being used in Black Mesa, and it doesn't really fit in with any of the other destroyed vehicle props.

I remember how the Andromeda wasn't properly programmed to interact with the world because it's only supposed to exist for one mission where you don't control it, and occasionally fly overhead at high altitude. But if you shot it down with a SAM or got into a Hunter or Hydra fast enough to shoot it down, it would hit the ground and start fuckin' sinking through the world while stretching out.
Me and a friend are working on fixing the port of ROMKA HECU, but, we face a new problem now, we're able to fix the fingers but... how to fix that twisted skinny wrist?

Is anyone still having trouble getting used to the grenade mechanics in Black Mesa? I hate how no matter where you aim the grenade is always thrown higher than where you're aiming so you have to aim DOWN and try to guess where the grenade will get thrown.
Reminds me of dark souls, there's a bone bug with some armorsets where when you light a bonfire the wrist gets collapsed into nothingness

By tapping M1 and letting go after a split second, you can spam the Gluon gun's weapon effects without technically firing the weapon, so you lose no ammo and it does no damage.

No, It's more reminded me of either Half-Life 2 and BioShock Infinite's scripted non-cutscenes.
And I tired try playing original mod for myself, But everytime getting to door, There cutscene supposedly see your player to their duty station. But there weird bug cause it keep dying near to door for no reason.
