Got 1 shot chest killed in factory even though I was wearing my altyn and gen 4 armour. Friend died the same way and he was wearing fort.
Not sure what gun or bullets the other guy was using but it definitely wasn't a sniper rifle soo..bug or cheats?
Armour bug or got nailed in the neck, ear or glock minigunned to the feet (surprisingly effective against lard armour).
Well, I only heard the one shot, as did my friend and we both died to a single chest shot, which makes it very suspicious.

Duno. My IGN is Eroglik and my friend is called Hemor. If you did it with an SKS then i'm still baffled. I was dead a second after i peaked so your first shot killed me or netcode decided to fuck me hard. Even with BP, my gen 4 armour had plenty of points on it
Maybe some dude brought in an SV-98 or something and got lucky with the penetration chances? That's the only way I can think of that isn't hacking.
Nah, fairly sure it wasn't. Plus two of us in the same raid, one hit killed. Through two different types of high end armour. Cmaaaan

Lots of good changes.
The only one that I don't like the sound of is the increased chance for fractures from being shot. Could be obnoxious but obviously can't tell yet.
It might actually make splints useful for once, yet to have my bones broken by gunshot so far.
I've never used a splint or ever brought one with me, going to have to start doing it I guess.
Same, only ever gone out with AI2/Car/Any other beefy medkit, a bandage and few painkillers, never felt the need for more than that.
Splints I've never actually had to use other than the time I actually broke my legs from a fall.
They should reduce the movement penalty on blackened legs in exchange for upping fracture chance on being shot
and imo limping in general is going to need a heavy rework come med animations, I'm hoping for some sort of adrenaline system that lets you sprint for a limited amount of time before the "pain sets in"

Fucking nutted all over the side of his head, the mosin is going to take some time getting used to with the shot firing a millisecond after you actually click, but fuck me head shots are so worth it
Looks more like extremely desync'd scav that blasted you or some cheat got updated, considering it says you died to a scav.

It was such a quick amount of damage though, very strange. Either way. Sucks ass. Glad I wasn't carrying any expensive shit that I came in with.
I've never even used a sniper rifle before and I don't really like using scopes in Tarkov, I find them a little too twitchy. Always figured I'd never bother even attempting the quest that requires reaching level 7 sniper skill.
HOWEVER - now that the mosin is here and it's a sniper rifle with great irons and doesn't cost 100k, I think I will easily get this sniper 7 rank in no time!
Such a satisfying gun to use.
