Some things i've noticed from the new patch: Don't know if this was the case before .10 but i've come across two ai scavs wearing fort armour now. (yey free full durability fort) can't aim and go into a crouch(hold crouch) now whilst still aiming down sights. you can skip the little skid that stops you from aiming when you come out of a sprint by holding left or right strafe instead of letting go of forward. I love mosins

Yeah I just ran into a squad of 4 nakeds with mosins on customs, shit will knock a IOTV pretty quick

Best way to counter mosins is low recoil close range point firing, or just hitting them first with a few rounds. The mosin hype will die soon after people realize that they're wasting money on killing other mosin people and nothing else.

Having played the mosin I don't think I can go back. I thrive on first shot kills and it reliably fondles IOTV and Fort armour.

Ignore top quote. Recoil in general is kinda fucked. They need to heavily tweak it to make it realistic, because even firing a 5.45 ak at that range while prone shouldn't have that grouping full auto. Btw, what's the build and recoil on it?

Question, I haven't played since about when they did the first part of armor simulating ceramic plates and such, like maybe 3 or 4 months ago, not quite sure. Has the game had any major mechanic or meta changes since then? Last I played it seemed like it was all about just grab the biggest magazine and an automatic rifle then ghetto blast legs, otherwise you were fighting terminators. Seemed like anybody with a semiauto rifle, a low caliber gun, or anything less than the super armor was just fucked.

I think the mosin addition slightly evens the playing field. However I still believe that forties and gen4s rule the game, and either you're in the top echelon or you should probably not bother. Needs more gamemodes smh.

Agreed, and they need to make armor cost more/higher tier armors more rare. As of right now, there's no reason to not just buy a set of gen4 and run out with what's essentially juggernaut chest armor every time.

I'm actually quite impressed that they were paying attention to firing lanes and not both approaching the same corner at the same time but instead had one watching with one advancing. Took the lead with me at-least, and it's kinda sad that as long as I've been playing this game, squads like this are the rarity. Usually it's just a cluster of bumble fucks that think simply having numbers means they're guaranteed victory and have zero situational awareness. I want to run into more of these types of squads

No clue. I know chod's cheats is the biggest, and they literally have a fucking store in the UK you can call, it's bizarre. I'm not sure why BSG doesn't try to take legal action or something

Yeah, 90% sure chods went down for the majority of .9 If i'm right, they recently came back up and the cheats are fully functional ran into a total of 12 hackers over the last few weeks myself

Did a shoreline run with the FP discord group, i joined late becouse i was having a bunch of issues with my ISP, so i i start heading from the swamp to the resort ( where the bois were at ), On my way just reaching the east wing of the resort i see 2 very. VERY geared guys going my same direction, they both look my way so i just went prone, sprayed my whole magazine at one of them, threw a grenade and ran away, all in all i reunite with the bois, we smash some scavs and have a good time, thing is i hadnt killed anyone else so we extract and i notice i had 1 usec kill right arround the time i reached the resort and fighted the duo Tldr: Killed one of the two guys i saw outside the resort and dident noticed until i extracted heh Oh well, thats one more kill for friend for the west 1
