I can take ya. I was stoked when I found the Emercom key, but I've visited it twice now and didn't find much of anything in there other than an M4. @Ghosevil and I felt cheeki the other day and went into Interchange to visit it for the first time with nothing but 9x18 auto pistols. Was fun finding out that you can shoot/get shot through that hazy glass in Emercom, but it doesn't shatter. Still made it out with the M4 tho.

Welp, the fort armour and fast MT + AS VAL I got from someone on shoreline is now dropped right infront of the access because a scav refused to die, despite me shooting him at least 3 times in the head, complete with visible blood marks and several rounds in chest that had no armour..
Pretty sure he had a saiga 9 too..

By the way, anyone up for some high speed low drag Napoleonic combat when the mosin is live? Just 5 man rushing dorms with a basic mosin, shit armor, a pocket full of rounds and nothing else sounds amazing
Its gonna be my replacement for the shotgun rushes, or if you can get a group, mosins and shotguns for that true trench run experience.

I plan on organizing regular 5 man breach room stacks with it. As soon as he starts breaching, he takes 5 hot loads of powerful 7.62x54r onto his face.
If you wanna run with Mosin, you gotta do it the right way - no armor, no vests, no backpacks, only a ushanka, a red armband a Mosin oviously and a pocketful of 7.62x54. Bonus points if you are in a full squad and blast earrape soviet unoem anthem.
I hope the Mosin is dirt ass cheap. Even a real one is something like 15,000 rubles. Surely they'd be about 10k or something in-game
Realistically it'll be around 30k starting off. We'd be lucky to get a 54r gun for less since it'll be considered a sniper.
I probably won't use it too much until we get a feature like Red Orchestra, where you click again to cycle the bolt. The game automatically doing it as soon as you fire means you can't see where or if you hit your target

It comes without a scope and will be level 1 Prapor, I'm hoping for 10-15k for the gun, and 10-15k for a PU scope

Love how accurate point firing is in this game. Killed a 4 man squad with an sks by point firing, all of them with gen4 and fastmt's.

There's a new 0.10 FAQ post on EFT's VK page. Here's my translation for the non-Russian speakers.
Q: How will the covert movement skill affect gameplay?
A: It will reduce the amount of noise you make when moving around, especially on "loud" surfaces like broken glass, roof tiles(?) etc. Your equipment will also make less noise when moving.
Q: Does "Adjusted grenade synchronization" mean that the grenade will explode even after whomever threw it dies?
A: It means that grenades will be better synchronized. So basically the client-server synchronization will be improved.
Q: Will the patch optimize the amount of RAM used by the game? If so, by how much?
A: Currently, we haven't measured the performance boost, but some optimizations were made.
Q: "Improved shader for glass visors", what does that mean?
A: Visors would shine in the dark, darken in fog and etc. We also optimized the shader.
Q: Are magazines planned for the Mosin?
A: Da.
Q: The patch is still scheduled for next week, right?
A: Yes, that's the plan.

A: A few weeks.

A: By default it will come with a sniper bolt. The Mosin won't come equipped with a scope and ammo. But you can get a scoped Mosin through bartering.
Q: Has the Fast MT visor been fixed?
A: Yes. But the problem wasn't directly related to the Fast MT.
Q: Is it possible to add Scav bosses to offline mode?
A: Yes, but not in this patch.
Q: Has the "Server Connection Lost" error been fixed?
A: It isn't directly related to the patch, since it's a problem on the backend. We're working on fixing that problem.

When you fire without ADS, it's not hipfire since your character is still shouldering the weapon, but you basically aim with your barrel or laser if you have one on.

I'm honestly really liking the MP5, its just so much fun to use, even without any attachments.
Its suprising just how well it can drop people with a few shots, even though I mostly find myself mag dumping the fucker in CQC situations.
Also hoping .10 fixes the fucking menu freezes, they're getting really fucking annoying seeing my gpu spike to 100% then the game gets locked on a frame yet I can still interact with all the menu elements.
