Soda Popper was nerfed in 2016.

to this day I absolutely fucking hate the change that allowed people to interrupt reloading because not only this killed the actual weakness of reloads but most importantly you end up clicking too early after you see your gun anim finish but the actual bullet count didn't reset so you just shit out the 2 last bullets of your clip and gotta reload a whole entire second time because bad deva dont think it through.

I'm sorry but this is such shit. The orginal grenade launcher was like fucking 10 polygons and you're seriously just going to all around discredit someone's attempt at a remade grenade launcher?

So I have a question: I've been considering buying another Strange Medigun for my Medic since for my fourth loadout I use the Blutsaugers/Vaccinator/Amputator, but want to do more with it than just use the Vaccinator even though I already got an Aussie Medigun. Should I do it or nah?

See if you can get a war paint or skin Medigun. So you can match it with your current loadout in slot 4.

That seems like a nice choice. It fits with the whole set you have, and I don't think is that expensive. Plus, if you get bored, you can recover some cents by selling it on the SCM

When the shape is as flat and boring as it is I agree, it does look nothing like it. Its a 22 year old model where all its detail comes from a low res texture. All the mod is someone's interpretation of what it would look like brought into the modern era 22 years later.

Shape wise I thought it was fine, the general shape of the gun is pretty accurate. When the demoman taunt the model seems a tad bit large to me IMO. The color choices on the other hand are what really makes it look off would be my biggest complaint about it. The Blue parallel lines in the front need another line that goes down the center of the gun as well like in the original. I could understand them updating it a bit to not look like a mess of blocks and blurry textures though. Even the original did that. But over all Robin did a fairly good job updating the look, while still making it look and feel like the original rocket launcher from Quake. Hum... That's the only Quake Grenade Launcher model I can recall running acrossed. Well, if you run across the one you were talking about hit me up with a link. I'd like to see it.

I can't find it either anymore. It was lower res one but looked really similliar to the original one from Quake.

It's a bug. I can't be 100% certain, but it always happens when a new page is created yet there doesn't seem to be any replies are there yet. I presumed it's created when someone is making a responce yet hasn't finished. Clicking on the new page always just sends you to page 1. Not really that much of a big deal though.

No, it's literally just the forum can't handle a new page with a single post so it shows that the new page exists but either doesn't show the new post or leaves the new post on the previous page.

Am I the only one who doesn't like the new TF2 merch designs? I really wish that Valve hadn't completely overhauled the store so that it was fan-made only, as some good designs ave disappeared as a result, with designs varying in quality taking their place. I'm going to make this clear before anyone misconstrues my statement: I am not bashing the artists. The designs themselves look amazing. These artists are extremely talented and i encourage them to pursue their dreams. It's just that with the switch to fan-made only, the whole subtle TF2 aesthetic has been lost. In my opinion, any T-Shirt design relating to a game should be subtle and abrupt enough to get it's point across to fans of that same game, but simple enough so that someone who'd never seen it before would just think "Nice shirt". Any TF2 fan will understand the reference from a mile away. Anyone not familiar with TF2 will just see it as a comic strip. Sure, any TF2 fan will get the reference, but anyone not familiar with TF2 will be perplexed as to the meaning of the shirt and it will result in that awkward conversation where you have to explain the game and what it's referencing and why it may be funny etc etc. This is not to say that there aren't some good shirts on the store. Shirts like this, this, and this are excellent. It's just that when you want to wear a TF2 shirt that doesn't shout "HEY LOOK I PLAY TF2 LOOK LOOK LOOK", you'll be hard-pressed to find any alternative. In my opinion, there should be a joint store with WeLoveFine, where both fan-made and Valve Official merch is sold. Also, re-release the Force-A-Nature t-shirt please it looks excellent

The workshop apparel just feels pandering. While I would've liked more official merchandise to be released, the originals weren't bad at all. Simple blue/red track shirts, t-shirts, (i think) sweatshirts, and two cool Spy v Sniper/Demo v Soldier shirt designs. The workshop stuff just feels like somebody said "you know what would be EPIC to have on a shirt???" and then whatever they put on it. And yes I am hypocritical because I love the Spy duck shirt.

I've been getting the "ghost page" bug like mad in this thread, and quite regularly since the arrival of newpunch. At first I thought it was a problem with my browser.

It's the most consistent and easy to recognize bug ever because the forum is so slow. If it happens, just post. Either the ghost post will disappear or it'll be on the previous page, and the bug will be fixed.

I was in a game earlier today where a hacker was playing spy and somehow giving themselves vac buffs (maybe medic bots?). Only problem with their strategy was you could see the team colour of the buff above his head when he was disguised which kept giving him away. :v
