Okay Rayan I'm gonna be real here. No one's taking your project seriously. But that's because you're not presenting your project right, not necessarily because it sounds bad.
You can't just come to some place, say practically nothing and expect people to roll out with you on a whim. You have to be convincing. You have to figuratively sell your project. You need to give as much detail as it takes. You don't wanna spoil the plot? Don't worry, these mods are not played for the plot. So it doesn't matter, even if it's really good.
If Hunt Down the Freeman inspired you to make this mod, then stop right there. The guy between HDTF was much more of a project leader than you look, and it was still a complete catastrophe, a trainwreck.
Right now, you should tell us exactly what you have, what you can do, and what you need from others. All of these in great detail. And then maybe some of us could be convinced to give it a shot.
