im going to point you to this post I made here. you should work on your own skills before pursuing a mod of this scale.
And for example, I would point you to the mod Minevera Metastisis, a free little mod consisting of essentially a few maps, but it has clear attention to detail and quality.
and it took years to make.
understand that I do not intend to be mean to you, but you really, REALLY need to get some experience under your belt before tackling anything of this scale. On this current path, the very best outcome for you and this mod will be something like "Hunt down the freeman," a mod so entirely broken and unpolished in every possible way, that it has earned its team of "idea guys" a tainted reputation for years to come.

I think that this mod looks promising. But if you really want to make this thing go out and research on mod making how you can compile c++ and other stuff there are many discord servers that can help you with source engine and mod making i will help wi33th one how to actualy compile the mod here is a video on one
