So many points have I lost accidentally pressing it twice.

I'd recommend not updating a hacked 3DS at all until there's a clear method for CFW to hide itself. If you absolutely have to, make sure to update Luma3DS before updating since it needed to be updated to not blackscreen systems on 11.8.

About to buy an OG 3ds with animal crossing for cheapo off facebook marketplace
Just had a quick Q about using it with CFW, I intend to mod it asap for ((reasons)) but I also want to use the legitimate animal crossing game that comes with it to go online, if I was to dump that cart to the SD card and only play that game online am I safe from the banhammer? even when running CFW?
Huh, so if I played it from the cart I'm fine even though I've got CFW? I've spent a total of 1 hour in the homebrew 3DS scene so I'm still wrapping my head round it. Are checks happening upon game launches only, so you can do whatever you want to the DS (aside from hacking online in a legit game of course), and you can still play legit carts without worry?
i dont think nintendo is checking for anything right now but i wouldnt play for a few days until theres more info on it to be sure.
To be honest, I probably would have preferred female Terry having the same attire as OG Terry and a more brawny build, though I don't really see SNK doing something like that for this game since it wouldn't be fan service.

The most interesting part about that for me is the little multi-adapter you can pop out of it.

No, they would need to make a US Nintendo account and link it to the switch. they could then use it on any of their accounts after that, but only redownload through the US one.
