As long as me and a few friends can make a private server I'm fine with MP, we do occasionaly dip into online with others in GTAV but just mess around in a private server but yeah I usualy just immerse myself in their worlds, pretending i'm an upstanding citizen or a certain kind of person and roam around the world

People will happily pay more for the convenience of not needing to physically go somewhere to get a game.

I'm not going anywhere though - it's being delivered.

I'm all about the physical preorders cause GAME had a webshop here many years ago and I'd always get the game the day before release from them. Hasn't happened since they shut down IIRC but there's still the chance. That and I actually like having discs, it makes me feel like I actually own the game.

I got it for 9,99 from GameStop and the last time I preordered something from them, I got it a day or two early. Here's hoping that'll happen again this time.

So, this game has finally pushed me to get a console again after like 6 years off of them. PS4 edition, for all those sweet exclusives.

Nah I'm with you on that one, I haven't pre-ordered because I'm waiting on info about how it is, I don't doubt people will be sperging over it though.

Anyone know when the NDA ends? I've preordered but I'm only playing on an original PS4, so I'm dying to see the digital foundry analysis to make sure it doesn't run like horse shit. I'm imagining it will be fine considering they got GTAV running well on a PS3, but I just want to be sure.

As far as I know the only difference between the p4r0 and the OG is a fancier HDMI port.

What? No, the pro is more powerful pretty much across the board. Regular PS4 couldn't just run everything at 4k as it is.

Pro4 smashes pixels harder for a solider 30x4k FPS over the original, this much we know.

Hope base ps4 runs it smooth and we don't get shit from the first RDR where in some places it went down to like 15 FPS.

The last weekend without the game. Every day I go without it, is agony.

On the plus side, the PS4 isn't using some weird architecture that took years to get the most out of. Hopefully we'll be in luck and it'll run 30 fps most of the time, can't say I want to buy a PS4 Pro with the PS5 likely being out in 2-3 years.

People talking about that PS4 Pro and I'm sitting here like, yo, my Xbox One X is gonna look better though so I know which platform I'm getting it on. It ain't my PS4 cuz fuck dat shit man.

Hardly, like I said, I aim considerably worse with low framerates. That doesn't make me a baby, I know what makes me play better

Yep things are going to start spoiling like crazy...though I would want to see a bit of the dialogue system with a single NPC.

The gunplay really looks satisfying, those blood effects are awesome. I'm really glad the euphoria physics aren't as stiff and toned down as they were in GTA V too.

Man the gunplay looks so smooth and brutal. That last dude losing his rifle and trying to get back up only to get shot is fucking destructive man.
