With resists you can outheal incoming damage for most things. Milk is damn strong, the slowdown is just icing.
Also "pre-firing", that is shooting at the robots when they are invulnerable in spawn only really works at the start of the round. As soon as you get pushed back a bit it is not just worth doing anymore. That said it is a pretty cool idea that I did not know about.

I'm busy with RL stuff as I have family visiting from out of town. As a result, I've not been keeping tabs on the set of servers I run. I began getting a bunch of Steam notifications this evening. I love how broken the new Steam chat is, but I digress. We had a rage hacker on one of my servers. Weirdly, after being dead the entire summer Doublecross has sprung to life a bit now that school is back in session. Abusing cheaters is one of the few things that brings joy to black little heart, but unfortunately I missed the fun on DC tonight. One of my the non-root admins attempted to deal with the script kiddie and accidentally permabanned HIMSELF (I will be teasing him mercilessly about this at a later date.)
The cheater turned out to be a rather infamous one, Night Mare Combat. This is a guy who got VAC'd with a Scorching Noble in his inventory. That's a nearly $250 hat. He's been rage hacking in TF2 for for years. I encountered him back 2014 when nospread_maxdamage was still a thing and he was mowing down my entire team on a Valve server. His accounts tend to get matchmaking bans rather quickly (for some odd reason) but he keeps making them. He's showed up on MicS before and got SMAC'd in short order. Today he had his aimbot toned down sufficiently that SMAC did not pick it up (this is trivial to do.) His current account is premium, has a shit-ton of aussies and a collector's HLH ...and nothing else:

That's remarkably similar to what he had when I ran into him 3 or so years ago. I can only surmise he's a spoiled trustafarian who squanders money on virtual baubles and then loses them when his cheats get detected. He actually didn't get banned tonight. Our server has a chat filter plugin that does various bad things on specific chat strings. Lenny faces are suppressed for everyone except the user spamming them, and trigger a jarate + bleed effect. A bundle of sticks does something similar, but also sets the user on fire. NMC managed to take it a step further:
