World of Warcraft: Battle For Azeroth V2 - Daelin Was Right (feat. Mark Addy)

I'm actually feeling the opposite right now, decided to level my demon hunter up because I remembered just how much I love him, and my paladin because I'm excited for the blood elf heritage set.
I'm having way more fun leveling alts and playing through old zones.
I don't see why I should spend hours slamming my head against mythic plus dungeons only to get a hydrocore and 250 ass power.

here's blizzard confirming what's inside the demo for classic
I've never been able to justify the Blizzcon virtual ticket anyway. I just won't watch most of the stuff available anyway.
And there'll be a neat recap video from Blizzard anyway. I mean sure, if you want to watch the interviews, questions etc., a ticket is essential, but if you want to watch trailers, reveals, up-coming features, then the recap is all you need.
Monks were so close to getting a Niuzao set I hope they don't forget it.
I'm the same, so I'm taking the opportunity to level a Dark Iron paladin to experience the Alliance side of quests since all my other characters have been Horde, except the Demon Hunter I used just to unlock Dark Irons.

Dark Iron best iron.
I'm levelling a Mag'har Hunter and I didn't realise there was actually so much going on in the Silverpine quest-line; it's pretty cool you get to go to the ruins of Gilneas area.
I'm only barely Revered with Honorbound, so I've got quite some way to go yet to get Mag'har. Got Dark Irons though.
I love the Mole Machine.

It's alright there's nobody in there.
Horde campaign for 8.1. It's actually decent from the looks of it.
And Mekkatorque's mech apparently has Proto Layered Optimal Titan Armour (P.L.O.T. Armour). :V At least Blizzard can still be cheeky now and then.
The quests involving Vol'jin are up on the PTR. It confirms that someone or something manipulated Vol'jin to appoint Sylvanas as Warchief, which really means she was never supposed to have that
position. Talanji also makes a passing comment on how she'll make sure Sylvanas' rule is "just", seriously implying even Talanji doesn't trust her.
There was also an earlier video where the Horde rescues Ashvane, where both Rexxar and Valtrois talk about their (mildly put) unease with the direction the Horde is taking.
Fucking hell, just announce the raid where we kill Sylvanas already, god damn.
Oh, and 7th Legion and Honorbound rewards are also coming.
I love those cloaks. Sometimes less is more.
The last few expansions have had far too many over-designed, cluttered, short, split, rounded, rug-like or otherwise ridiculous cloaks.
Agreed, although I think the Alliance cloaks look too similar to the one's you can already get in the Warfronts. Not to mention they seem a bit too bright.
So having gotten back in after like 6 years of not playing (late Cataclysm, just before MoP), I'm kinda shocked at some of the changes. Dungeon looting confused the fuck out of me at first, dungeon scaling is pretty neat, area scaling is also neat, being able to switch to any spec whenever is neat. There's just one itty bitty little thing that bothers me.
Since my old characters got wiped, I started up new and fresh and took skinning and mining to make some gold, along with cooking for nostalgia's sake. The splitting of skills between expansions is fine. But who made the decision to make the final stretch of classic mining so buttfuckingly retarded? Small thorium veins turn green at like 250 so I'm reliant on rich ones and even then they can't carry you to 300. Your options are A, grind yourself silly to 295 on rich thorium veins and then use the DMF to get the last 5 points or B, go through the effort to learn to smelt Dark Iron and use that.
That can happen?
Well, my old characters weren't where I left them.
Not that I really mind, though. I would've had to put so much effort into relearning them again, I'm okay with starting over new. Besides, I moved over to a different realm because my younger brother moved realms at some point too. And my old characters didn't really have any amazing gear. Shame I lost my character that I originally got my chef title on, I was proud of that.
There's a very real chance that someone else managed to get access to your account then, because afaik Blizzard just marks the character as "Needs a new name"
In case any of you missed the Kul Tiran heritage nautical armor

I just want to make my thicc woman already
I hope they add in some of the other long coats for player characters to transmog.
Checked in with a GM, looks like someone indeed got into my account and deleted my old characters. Got them restored and cleaned out all but my old paladin. Probably gonna pop a realm transfer on him sometime.
Also, I forget the term but when did mining and herb nodes get set so they're separated between players, i.e. if you mine a node, the person next to you can also mine it himself?
They started doing that by Legion, possibly during WoD as far as I remember. But I thought that was only for quest objects, I didn't realise it was for herb/mining nodes as well.
Mining and herbalism nodes became a "shared tap" among players during the Legion prepatch. This means that two or more people can land on a node and all gather it but after the first person gathers it a timer starts for the node to disappear. I haven't tested the times or anything but forums suggest that a tapped node stands there for 15 seconds. There are also issues with phasing and other server trickery that leads to situations like this one:

Could it be? Prot warriors not being worthless in 8.1?
