World of Warcraft: Battle For Azeroth V2 - Daelin Was Right (feat. Mark Addy)

honestly a lot of the story just feels like blizzard went "woah wouldn't it be cool if the horde burned teldrasill and then the alliance raided undercity!!!" without actually considering they'd have to continue the story after that
He is empowered by a val'kyr, which coincidentally is also the one Tyrande ends up killing.
Really?
So fucking Tyrande gets upboosted by her own God, a god no less that took a dying Ysera and made her body a fucking constellation in the sky and forced an eclipse of the sun. And the writers think it's perfectly okay for her to get stalemated by a Val'kyr and undead that have a weakness to holy light?
Cool, I bought a faction change for my paladin and switched to blood elf, but afterwards I realized I had to do the entire war campaign to unlock stuff I did on alliance
So I requested a refund and got that plus a new faction change so I switched over to Dark Iron dwarf from Human, basically a free race change

Turns out I can't get mail as F2P. Guess I can't try out the anniversary stuff. Really wanted to try out those corgi goggles.
Yo, so for y'all who PvP here, how daunting of a task is it to level honor? And is there one way that's better than others?
Elune is seemingly stronger then titans. One of the strongest forces known to WoW
You actually don't get the corgi goggles from mail, you get them from exchanging 200 timewarped badges with either Historian Llore or Historian Ju'pa. You can take the daily quest "A Time to Reflect" from them which is super easy and takes less than 20 seconds to complete. Getting 25 badges per each quest turn-in, you can get enough badges in 8 days (it's worth noting that 11 days from now the event will end.)
If you're interested in what the mail gives you, it's just an infinite use consumable that gives you a bonus to xp and reputation gain for the duration of the event, so you're not really missing out.
Thank you for letting me know! I guess I was a bit confused about the whole mail thing. It's hard to find accurate information regarding stuff for F2P users. Still getting used used to the game.
Not sure if it's worth paying $15 a month for it. Would it be easier to just buy game time or subscribe? I feel like I'm the type of player who'll play off and on rather than everyday, so I wasn't sure what the best deal would be.
well after being gone for a week, my guild's 3 raid teams and mythic+ guys all left to form a carry guild for some reason leaving like 5 active people left.
Just did another Karazhan run to maybe get transmogs or some pet drops (which I got one of, which is nice) and two things struck me.
The first is that I kinda forgot how awesome Karazhan is, especially in terms of design. Both the outside and the inside are just so much fun to look at. The opera event especially, even if completely trivial at this point, is so much fun with the encounters that you can get.
The second is uh...did they change the chess event in recent years? I'll admit that I did it once during Cata so my memory might be failing me but I distinctly remember it being much more of a cakewalk than it is now.
The chess event hasn't been changed as far as I know. It's still down to you being able to counter the 'boss'. What I usually do is that I effectively just mimic what the AI does. Pretty much never fails me.
Also asking again: any PvP who can tell me how difficult it is to get honor? Is there one particular method that's better than others?
its terribly bugged and if you don't do it just right it will wreck your instance, Like I had knights popping up in front of me at the entrance and the whole fight never reset.
Sorry to bother the thread again, but I was wondering if quests get more interesting later on? Most I've done involve killing some monster or getting some item. Are there any that are more in depth or have a stronger narrative?
I mean, that's sorta stock standard for MMOs and it was largely popularized by WoW in the first place. There are some little bits of flair here and there in the starting zones thanks to small revamps at some point, but outside of that get ready for walking and killing for a while. If you are looking for more story oriented content, FFXIV might be more your speed.

i hope this doesn’t interact with WoW.
I mean it's one thing if i'm throwing a pokeball at Arthas but if it's just a mobile version of pet battling with more fleshed out mechanics I don't really know why anyone would be mad at that. It's the perfect thing for a little spinoff mobile game.
Quote this post when we're throwing pokeballs at Arthas this time next year.

I'm afraid it's an extension of the symptoms Blizzard has had for quite a while now: Activision slowly taking over.
Diablo IV was (maybe still is?) in development, but Activision were effectively the one's that decided it should be turned into a mobile game instead.
This is a quote from CyclonatorZ, which he got from a related Kotaku article:
Then, in October 2018, Blizzard lost its leader. Co-founder Mike Morhaime, the soft-spoken CEO who jovially addressed fans at every BlizzCon, said he was stepping down, to be replaced by veteran World of Warcraft producer J. Allen Brack. Allen Adham and chief development officer Ray Gresko also joined Blizzard’s executive management team, perhaps to help ensure that the studio would be helmed by game developers who lived and breathed Blizzard.
It was a massive shake-up for Blizzard, and it came during a time when there were already questions about Activision’s influences. Morhaime was widely beloved at the company. One former Blizzard developer described him as the “anti-CEO.”
”He doesn’t care about profitability,” that person said. “He just wants employees to be happy, and he just wants to make good games and keep the community happy.” Suddenly, there were whispers in hallways, concerns about future cost-cutting initiatives and furtive exchanges about what plans Activision CEO Bobby Kotick might have in mind for Blizzard. “There’s a perception within Blizzard that finance is making more calls than they ever did in the past,” said one person who left Blizzard recently. “You never heard that three or four years ago.”
If this is the path Blizzard is continuing down, then we can expect all their core franchises to become more and more watered down over the years in the name of profits.
Honestly, WoW was the first big hit. BFA overall was a disappointing downgrade of Legion, and Activision's influence is probably the main reason why.
I just noticed how much I don't like the dungeons in BfA.
I loved every Legion dungeon but I loathe most of the BfA ones.
Decided to buy some game time. I've had some problems with the game, mostly the quests, but I love the world and races. I'm hoping that by doing this I can finally figure out if i really like it after 30 days.
Tol Dagor, Shrine and Temple all suck ass but Atal Dazar, King's rest, Underrot and Motherlode (except on buff trash) are better than any legion dungeon imo
And even at their worst, I can't imagine them being worse than TBC dungeons.
Warcraft: How To Train You Merloc
Was just leveling alchemy and making flasks when my guild suddenly got Better Leveling Through Chemistry. Which is weird because I was making Draenor flasks.

Alright, let's hit up Firelands for some transmogs!

Or I can get the same item 4 times, that's cool too.
Story of my life.
Except for tonight. Been trying to get this for a couple of weeks. It only drops for paladins, and is in a fairly large pool, so it's not easy to get.
Go into Antorus, and one of the first mobs I kill drops this, which is an identical BoE trash drop. :V
I did manage to super piss off my brother. I'm going through the Tarecgosa questline on my mage so he's agreed to help me steamroll HC Firelands every week on the condition that if Decimation Treads drops off Baleroc, it's his because that's the only thing he needs to complete his transmog set. Didn't drop, whatever. Hit up my hunter for a solo transmog run.
Guess what dropped 5 minutes after I took down Baleroc?
