World of Warcraft: Battle For Azeroth V2 - Daelin Was Right (feat. Mark Addy)

I think there are legitimate problems with where we are at with progression being not fun and overall BFA feeling simplified Legion but i wouldn't let that get you down if you're someone who enjoys it. The only thing that matters is if you feel like you're having a good time or not. Blizzard seems to know that players problems are real so i think we can hope to see improvements.
Been farming this set because it looks hella baller. Just need gloves to have everything, but they're very elusive. For the past 4 days, I've been running the same 3 dungeons, seeing the gloves drop only
thrice, and in all cases, it was unfortunately someone else who got the gloves, and it was an upgrade to them, meaning they couldn't trade them with me.
Worst one was today: we're 4 plate-wearers, and yet when we get to the boss who drops the gloves, not only do none of us get them, the lonesome warlock is the one who gets a boss-drop.
I hate farming shit.
I feel your pain.
I'm farming this one right now for my blood elf outlaw rogue. All I need is the chest, but because it's mythic, and only drops from two instances, I can only farm for it twice per week without relying on other players trading it to me.
Green is for flight points generally, so... purple? Could mean weekly or whatever stuff like Warfront and Mage Tower completions are like.
Plus, rarity-wise it's one up from blue/rare, so it'd make sense.
I don't really pay too much attention to what other people say, people were saying the same stuff a month into legion too. Just focus on how you feel.
Warfronts now open on both NA and EU Alliance
Is there a good way of getting war resources? I've effectively exhausted mine buying all the outposts in Zandalar, and actually sending my followers away to unlock them fully.
The quests in the warfront area give you tons. Check the docks for those. World bosses give you a lot if their world quest drops resources, and there's generally a lot of world quests with resources floating about. War mode gives you +10% to the world quests to boot, and i've yet to actually PVP in war mode. I do run around as a disc priest in war mode, though.
Man the warfronts are actually really boring.
I kinda enjoyed my first warfront slightly, but there's no chance I'll do it beyond the weekly. They made these way too easy - it's like if raiding was designed from the ground up to be as mind-numbingly easy as LFR. There's no point in thinking about strategy or choosing what to upgrade first when you'll beat it eventually no matter how stupid the group is.
he mad lol

I decided to spam some dungeons on my Resto Druid I got to lvl50 during Legion, jesus christ now I understand what everyone was saying about everything being so overtuned. Even pre-nerf Cata heroics weren't this infuriating. Also doesn't help that literally everyone is leveling Mag'Har Brewmasters right now, dunno if it's just me but they seem a lot harder to heal than other tanks.
brewmasters are the squishest out of all the tanks for leveling since they're missing their brews for a large chunk as well as not having their mastery either.
they can queue for a tank role before they unlock active mitigation, it's like a rogue was tanking the place
That would explain it. When I get a pally or warrior it's fine because I don't have to spam cooldowns and regrowth just to keep them alive on trash packs. Why are monks so popular right now though? Are brewmasters strong for endgame right now?
From what I hear, most mythic guilds are using monk tanks because every other end-game tank class pale in comparison. Warriors in particular have been shafted, with Ignore Pain now only mitigating
50% of incoming damage, and being on the GCD.
ya its utter bullshit the way half of their rotation is levelgated till so much later in the leveling and its not been a new thing, this has been ongoing for years now.
some mechanics don't seem to make any sense to be level gated. i just hit 71 on a disc priest and my atonement heals are absolutely trash now, bubble holds for a single attack and I have no good aoe right now, once mastery kicks in though I will have scaling on my bubble and atonement heals though.
So could anyone make this clear to me:
With Blizzard removing some of the restrictions for factions, such as them being account-bound now, does that also include rewards? Meaning if I've the tabard of the Shattered Sun unlocked on
character #1, but not on character #2, after patch 8.1, I can use it on character #2?
I think so, they said they were removing rep restrictions for transmog items you'd unlocked on other characters so I would think you'd be able to.
I think tabard transmogs were fixed a long time ago, you won't be able to buy things on a toon without the exaulted rep but it will count for any achievement, like the guardian of cenarius title requires 2 reps to get, currently they have to be on the same character but in 8.1 you can get each one on a different character.
why are pet battles the equivalent of completing a quest's worth of XP damnit.
like northrend pet battles are 12k xp, quests are giving around 16-17k xp, why the hell blizzard just why! make quest xp higher already
a little exageration but I've done borean, sholozar basin and now working on dragonblight, though I did start NR at 58 and am now 74, it just seems like leveling is still painfully slow and I dread having to do jade forest again but I'd rather that than hijal or basically any of cata.
might do vash jir because I'm a masochist though.
Well that explains it. In the past, you wouldn't go to Northrend until at least level 68. So if you go there 10 levels earlier, then yeah, it'll feel a lot slower.
so you've already done more than the 10 usual levels?...
Wait, vashj'ir is slow? i usually roll that zone, as it gets most characters from 80 to 85 in a few hours. Just don't go beyond the battle-maiden questline, only suckers get on da sub.
i do 80-90 in vashj'ir and kun-lai summit, and it's usually a lot faster than what my friends do.
Does anyone know where I can find the schedule for this year's Blizzcon or when it will become available?
It's not that it's slow it's that combat is annoying because if they're in slightly the wrong position you can't attack.
Classic demo playable during Blizzcon.

the zone is too vertical and hard to understand the layout for the quest system which has always had problems with verticality, I remember always getting lost trying to find the entrance to everything then there's the way you progress which is to say you take a flight path from each hub as travel is still slow given how big a zone it is. then there's just the problem of whenever you're dismounted you are now painfully slow and ya there's the combat that really annoys melee.
its not a bad concept and maybe the improvements over the years to questing have made it better but then the other 3 cata zones are pretty fast compared to it.
I am totally gonna buy a ticket.
Can't wait to try out Classic!!!
