Trumps penis confirmed as original design basis for Toadstool
Can Trump make an executive order that keeps Nintendo online free?
Trumps order doesn't have shit on the Bern-boy Bernie will fund free Nintendo Switches as a human right for all of America
Here's how Bernie can still get us Mother 3
Clearly this was all just a big ploy to get Nintendo to stop using toads so when the next Paper Mario game comes along they'll be forced to do something else
Get your games in or do whatever you have to do within the next hour before everything goes dark and free unrestricted access to your internet connection on gaming consoles breathes its last.

I'm the kind of maniac who will put down a Metroidvania for a month and then pick it right back up. First time playing Super Metroid and I just unlocked the Plasma Beam and the Spring Jump. No idea where to go next lol.
Go back to Norfair and you need to go near the Crocomire fight area to find Lower Norfair to fight Ridley.

Not surprised thanks to the Family Subscription. How well it works or what access you can do is to be seen.
I guess that's what that "Guest Account" idea morphed into from the NX dev leak.
There's a 7 day trial btw.
The game sharing seems to be like steam- you have to be online and you can't be playing what the main console is playing. Pretty fair, All things considered. My most favorite feature though is the fact you can now post 4 screenshots at a time to Twitter rather than just one, which I wanted for a while.
Now we just need PNG support.

Nintendo Entertainment System Controllers For whoever cares, the NES controller pre-orders are up.

So the NES games have a major problem for me- the y button doesn't seem to work. X shares the same function as b and I assumed y would do the same for a, but nope. I really hope they add remapping, because this is ridiculous. On the plus side, if you have a Japanese account, you can download the Famicom games from the Japanese eShop and play them on the account with the Nintendo Online without any hassle. The boxarts look better and certain games take advantage of the soundchip, leading to better experiences, I can recommend
Downloading every single available game at once, while definitely convenient for tiny NES titles, does seem to hurt future availability, especially for other consoles. The game selection is definitely as bad as I feared, though I do admit that I definitely am not one to find NES games super entertaining. For me, the SNES definitely started the level of complexity I find engaging.
If that's the case than it sounds better than Steam already. Steam kicks you out if the main account plays anything at all. Tho I pray for the day that this feature is used to play co-op with someone. Like, let them play the same game as me just for the co-op and even kick them out when they leave it, I just don't want to have to rely on split screen for that kind of stuff.
Even though the price is quite low compared to other sub services, there's actually one non-obvious benefit to charging anything at all Bans against an account for cheating or modding their console will now actually matter
The best part of this tweet is that it was taken from a dev unit

Play your digital software and content on non-primary consoles by linking your Nintendo Account The term "active console" has been renamed "primary console" in Nintendo eShops Playing software in multiple consoles has certain restrictions The restriction is you need to be online. I'm okay with this really. Might sound bullshit, but Microsoft do this too with pretty much everything. If you download a game to someone else's unit, you had to be online to play it. The only bummer is really that it kills it being a portable thing. If you do not have access to the original console, you can also deactivate a primary console off-device once per year. Should be a maximum three months though. But there's no restriction on deactivations if you still have the console on hand. the next device you login to the eshop on will be the new primary
Game sharing is exploitable as hell lol Just put the main console in airplane mode before playing a game and no online check required for others to play games , guy has 3 people playing online at the moment on 3 different switchs and they dont have to go through starting, stopping ,disconnecting, etc
You know what would be a nice feature of online, regarding multi-user plans? Ban notifications for parents of other users on that plan. X has been banned from Nintendo Switch Online for cheating while playing with others. This ban is non-negotiable, and is unfortunately permanent. You may want to speak with X to try and understand why they felt the need to cheat, and help them realize this behavior is wrong. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or other users of your Nintendo Switch Online plan.
apparently the nes thing's already been hacked into. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReJsfIG8P_U
Alright hang on, maybe this is all worth it after all.
