There's precedence, with Bayonetta 3 and Breath of the Wild DLC both being announced at the show last year.

Damn I wish Lady Terry and Skullolady were in better games
And given better context than what the plot of SNK Heroines is- the whole game is actually the dream realm of this one dude who's a massive pervert, it might as well have come from some weirdass doujin
I heard the controls were so simplified it doesn't even feel like a fighting game.
Controls are pretty simple but it's fun to mess around in, I mean there are already alot of impractical combo videos on twitter like all recent fighting games.
some items are even great for extending combos like the wrecking ball and airdashing is a must if you want to keep it going.
You know, it's really jarring the difference between the japanese side reaction to bowsette and the western side reaction to bowsette.
In japan they are having so much fucking fun with it. It's constantly in the top images of the day on pixiv and even manga artist such as the artist behind dragon maid making a shit ton of fanart of bowsette already. And even some of them concerned for the guy that made bowsette a thing.
In the west the reaction is very mixed. A lot of people hate bowsette, thinking it's only a forced meme or a fetish push ect.
You are only seeing the positive end of the JP fandom. Im pretty sure JP has it decently mixed aswell.
the west had trumps toad dick, japan gets this
"You made the road, so we came running" is such a powerful expression, damn.
So I finally bought Super Mario Odyssey (I skipped Wii and got a WiiU, yeah that didn't end well) but I loved Super Mario 64 and Sunshine growing up and wanted a good platformer again.
Gotta say, I'm not a fan – the art style is all over the place (Mario standing next to semi-realistic people just bothers me), Mario possessing people is pretty creepy, the hat character is annoying and dear lord why is there so much dialogue? They hit you over the head to make sure you get the story, 64 had barely any dialogue and Sunshine kept it to the essentials.
You possessing a T-rex in the first 10 minutes of the game also feels pretty anticlimactic. The game just feels so lackluster and made without love
I guess I gotta wait for Spyro for my platformer fix.
Odyssey 'made without love'.
Hmm not sure about that statement
Most of the lines are just masked loading in the airship or "bowser bad lets go beat bowser" so I'm not sure what you mean. Like there's less than 2 minutes of lines I feel like.
Sorry it's not hitting the right spots for you but some of the stuff your mentioning doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Sunshine was far more wordy than Odyssey.
Though Mario 64... there's a new sheriff in town

Apparently he also made a transparent bikini version... yeah.
Looks like Mario Odyssey will have an art book.

I agree Odyssey is lackluster compared to some other Mario games. But I still quite enjoyed it.
Bowser controlling Peach resembles Princess Hinoka of Nohr. All that's required now is Bowser on a wyvern or falicorn, and a naginata.
And there's already art of her.

is nobody else commenting on the fact it's a peach bowser that was almost canon
Darkest Dungeon: The Color of Madness will come out on the eShop on October 11th, along with the free DLC for the Musketeer. If you bough the physical Ancestral Edition for Switch there will be an update that unlocks the Color of Madness for free, along with the Musketeer. However Red Hook had to submit that update separately for review, so it might not drop on the 11th with Color of Madness. Those who bought Ancestral Edition digitally will have to buy the new DLC separately.
I thought that at first that the artstyle clashed too much. But when I actually got to play Odyssey it simply "clicked" with me and I loved it. It's probably going to age a bit worse than the other ones but having such a broad variety of looks and visuals definitely helped Mario.
Mario doesn't "possess" them, he captures them.
Not sure about the dialogue, didn't feel like too much.
The T-Rex being available so early is only meant to give you a sight of the stuff to be wow'd by that is later coming.
While I'm excited for Spyro Reignited, it looks a lot more soulless with its horrible UI and oversaturated visuals.
This is my favorite Bowsette art so far

Straight up says Koopa Peach. So yeah, pretty fucking wild.
Nintendo missed a gold mine.
they also dodged a bullet, i feel like: bowser taking control of peach's body would have resulted in not a few complaints
