I often forget just how many fucking characters F-Zero has

Most of those probably won't ever see the light of day again
When people say we don't have a second F-Zero rep I just show them this

They should have given new Dorf a lightning ball projectile that can be reflected by hitting it, and gets faster as it's tennis'd back and forth
Replace Warlock Punch with this but have it take the same amount of time to startup.
Ganon v Ganon finals that are basically Mario Tennis Aces would be amazing.

I'm happy Chris Taylor got his chance before he went. I'm also happy he had such awesome friends who were willing to reach out like they did so Nintendo could catch wind of it all and visit him.
How awesome must it be to know your buddies are willing to do something like that for you, I imagine that love made his last days amazing.
Wanting to play Smash before he went may seem trivial to some (usually soulless, joyless, empathy-less pricks) but it meant the world to him.
I don't really know IntroSpecktive much but after that video and awhile to think about it, Steve from Minecraft would actually probably be a very fun character if done right.
If Steve's Up-B isn't a clone of Kragg's from Rivals of Aether where he spawns a dirt noob tower under himself, don't bother making the character
Steve gets an Elytra to glide and, with his rapid sword attacks, becomes top tier by basically being Meta Knight.
i think steve would be fun
I honestly wouldn't mind it. It's a big ass game with huge popularity, something perfect for Smash.
The only thing I'm really worried about is, if Steve gets in, how Sakurai will graphically implement him to fit with Smash's style.
From a man that asked /v/ for help with his Infiniminer clone, then going to Reddit, then going on vacation, to selling out, then finally having the lead character with what was originally temporary artwork being in the Nintendo cross-over fighting game. What a time to be alive.
I wouldnt blame them for giving him elbow and knee joints like in certain fanimations, just so long as they dont do that wacky face bullshit
Nah they'd never add Adam Levine to Smash, even if he was on Just Dance Wii.
what if minecraft steve real life?? in smash brotherS?
Honestly, even with Steve being in the Prima Guide leak, it's still the one leak I'd be perfectly fine with and seems the most reasonable.
Vault Boyis is such a great WTF pick and it makes sense considering their relationship with Nintendo, and of course Poke Floats 2 and Mach Rider are wonderful.
I really dislike the idea of Vault Boy. Bethesda had barely even acknowledged Nintendo's existence before the Switch, he isn't even an actual character in his series, and Fallout itself doesn't have anything in regard to Nintendo's history. "BUT CLOUD!" some may say, even though I specifically said the Fallout series as a whole and Cloud simply fit because of Final Fantasy's history with Nintendo. Plus on a personal note I REALLY hate his art style. Something about that traditional animation look just bugs me.
You have to remember that even tho you're right on Bethesda not really working with Nintendo before the Switch, they were the first to seriously support the Switch with big titles like Skyrim from the beginning.
On the topic of Vault Boy, he makes sense cause honestly he's kind of the mascot of Bethesda at this point. He's also a way safer entry than Doom Slayer is, which I imagine they would have to be more careful with.
Just because the Sakurai and the Smash team bring a newcomer that has no logical reason to be in Smash doesn't mean we should make more rules to abide by, predicting Sakurai thoughts and manners are very much futile like any human.
The hell would Vault Boy's moveset be though? That confuses me as much as Steve.
Most of his weapons are realistic guns. I get you could pull a snake and just have him use explosives like the fat boy or melee weapons but I just can't envision it.
That's fair. I can see the point of Vault Boy as a representation of Bethesda as a whole. Although I still find it weird how Spring Man is generally expected to miss out on the base game because of when Ultimate's project plan saw completion, yet Bethesda could receive representation even though their ports came out around the same time. Ports are obviously a different beast than entirely new games, but I'm still not sure if it would line up.
Of course, we're all basing this on a text "leak" that only has credibility because the Prima guide was announced a few days after the initial post. For all we know the guy made a lucky guess, or even knew about the guide in advance and decided to make up a bunch of information to go along with it.
Fuck it. I'd say that among all the PCmstrrc characters, Freeman could at least be fun. Grabs with Phys Gun. Melee with crowbar. Long range with CrossBolt. Extra mobility from Gauss Gun for extra recovery/movement such as Up B.
You people do realize that guide book leak listed a stage from New Vegas. Bethesda barely acknowledges that New Vegas exists.
Given that New Vegas is a very M rated game (thanks Legion!), I think the leak is 100% bullshit.
To be fair Bayonetta is also an M rated game with its own stage. New Vegas as a stage doesn't have to be M rated at all.
u shud follow ur own advice buckaroo :^)
Fuck I'm a horrible multitasker
