the fact that kens percentage bar icon is so insanely faded out for no reason(?) makes me believe its fake
There seem to be debug displays on the screen, so maybe that is related.
That happens whenever a fighter goes behind it so you can see them more clearly.
Either way, don't forget that the 3DS ESRB leak also had some seeming oddities that turned out to be legit graphic glitches in the GUI instead of amateur hour Photoshop blunders.

It seems Pichu's render for the small portrait has changed. The extended ear has changed.
I'm glad Nintendo had it in them to let a bedridden terminally ill person a chance to play the game before he goes.
There's so much shit going on in the world, this is some good news that was desperately needed.
There is something about that model that doesn't look right to me. Like the model was taken from another game entirely.

Half of me thinks it’s real due to circumstances (like Dark Samus Echo Fighter, who saw that coming?!), but half of me doesn’t believe cause I’m not going to open myself up to getting hurt again.

also good to note, i couldnt find a perfect image but you can definitely tell it's not an edit of the smash 4 ryu model, the sculpt for clothing folds is far too different

Can I just say I love how they picked him to possibly have a real leak of? Not someone that can disprove a bunch of leaks out there or confirm some of them. But him. Who everyone thought was already 100% confirmed and who is on every single smash leak so none of them get disproved.
was the smash 4 palutena leak done with a totally new model or was that model taken from uprising? We can verify that this ken model isn't from any street fighter or crossover game but we should be wary if this HAS been done before
that being said, there's so many little details like the foot clipping into the slope that makes me believe this must be real

More that those fighters are disproportionately large, which they are

either thats a REALLY GOOD attention to detail on the leakers part, or its damn real..
I feel like if this leak is fake. They were really clever about making sure He was on a ramp so it would be difficult to compare his size to other fighters accurately.
If it is, again, I'm super impressed.

The Mappy sprite in Pac-Man's taunt is messed up in Ultimate via some footage of it and people who have played the game, and as far as I can tell hasn't been shown to be fixed yet.
I feel like this is one of those boring, safe kinda leaks. Like, even if it turns out to be fake, I'd be utterly stunned if Ken wasn't in the final game, you know? Like, if it's real, cool. If it's fake, then nice job. Either way I'm not really as intrigued by this the way I was about, say, the old Banjo """leak"""" from a few weeks back.
If this leak ends up true, I feel like this gives the Vergeben leak a lot of credibility. I'm willing to believe him since he's what, 4 of 6 so far?

I wouldn't say that would give Vergeben credibility. People were guessing Ken would be added the very moment echos were announced. All Vergeben added was "I heard from my sources"
Don't forget, even if Vergeben is correct or not, we are getting something Street Fighter related as the fact that in the Smash Direct they did show that Street Fighter is getting 30 more songs from the 6 it had on Wii U, and it's dumb not to have another fighter if they're adding that much songs.
I swear if NONE of those are from third strike I am going to boycott nintendo

I'm not saying that disconfirms anything Street Fighter related just Ken is the most safe pick you could guess which I don't believe gives credibility to anyone.
Also, Ken being a thing could lead to an event match that's a 1v1 2-stock stamina bout between Ryu and Ken
