INB4 all the leaks were wrong and they add a character way out of left field like Bill Rizer from Contra as another Konami guest.

Honestly if the leaks are wrong, I'd still be happy because that means I wasn't spoiled the roster.

Frankly I wouldn't be surprised if they do that to get people into subscribing for online. I'd definitely buy a full year for that.

I want the Direct to start with a Bandana Dee reveal trailer, followed by the text "EVERYONE WAS WRONG." Sakurai then proceeds to reveal six new characters, none of whom appeared in the Grinch leak. (No Incineroar, either.)

Direct is during my work shift. Well that sucks. While people are losing their minds over Smash, I'mma be stuck in retail.

Same here, I'll be avoiding my phone for about 3 hours between the Direct starting and myself getting home. At which point I'm getting a friend to load up the direct for me (so I avoid any kind of spoiler on the way) and throw it on the Chromecast so we can watch together. I've only had two characters spoiled for me so far so there's still some surprise to be had if the leak is real.

Roughly 40 minutes. Each trailer is about 3 minutes, so 6 trailers mean 22 minutes for Spirits, single-player and an ending montage. It might be happening!

I need to leave for work before the Direct finishes. I'm considering not to watch anything until I'm home. Which means I can't be on my phone for over 6 hours.

Even aside from character reveals, I think the final Smash direct still has some decent material to cover. I'm speculating some of the following: Spirits mode (duh) Stadium modes Stage editor Smash Run (hopefully!) Online

I remember back when Inkling and Ridley and Daisy were the only characters announced, and the belief was going around that those were the only new characters added to the game, and it was otherwise just a Sm4sh port.

Remember the point I made on it being peculiar that they revealed a stage on a Monday? What if each of the six remaining Tuesdays, including today, are tied to music for a non-echo newcomer, such that 1 character is revealed tonight (likely Isaac), followed by Shadow, Banjo-Kazooie, Geno, Chorus Kids and Mach Rider in no particular order?
