Chimera being down 15 points is a fucking godsend for this old armored lad. Guardsmen infantry squads don't appear to have been increased by a point, in fact, the opposite has occurred where veteran squads got their price reduced by a point. Those two changes alone make me a happy guardsman.
They still haven't fixed the Thunderer or Conscripts, but ho-lee shit they cut the Demolisher Cannon's cost in half!
Yeah, conscripts need to go back down to 3 points, or in the very least need to have that stupid orders rule lifted from them, or reworked in some way. As it stands, there is literally no reason to take them.

Wraithknights from 402 base to 315 ( -87pts) but only a 2pt reduction for one of its possible main weapons.

tau suit price drop is also very juicy, ALMOST makes me tempted to actually pick up the tau book and start playing

It means I can actually do some of the armies I wanted to run without crying, BC crisis suits could be run as less efficient alternative to fire warriors that can deep strike with drones. 3BC crisis suits are eqv to 42 points of FW while costing 51 points, plus plasma rifles and missile pods are cheap enough to be usable!
Primaris stuff definitely did, and there were drops to a lot of other stuff.
To be honest this CA might be the death knell for Tactical Marines and Chaos Space Marine squads, with Intercessors now 17 points each and Chosen only being 14, standard squads don't seem worth it.
Very happy with the point drops for Thousand Sons though, 17 pts for a Rubric seems much more reasonable.
If you like dreadnaughts they went down in price, a bunch of stuff went down to some degree probably not enough to make them do anything at tournaments but good for casual. It really helped some ridiculously overpriced things, my 5 man squad of cataphractii with chainfists went down 80 points and centurions went down 40PPM!
(that you have to fly all the way across the board or deep strike them in and face a turn of unopposable shooting because flamers are 8")
In my experience running them up the board is fairly easy, flamers are assault so on turn one they can move ~11.5" for a threat range of 19.5" which is often sufficient to start on toasting the front lines if the other guy got first turn, and otherwise plonks them somewhere in cover for next turn.
My sister's boyfriend has also forgotten about the ability to advance flamers up and wreak havoc, he could have won a couple of games against me had he done that with some of his units.
