as far as I can tell only the gold edition 2016 suits, winter suit and requiem suits carry over. I've got every suit but Hokkadio's and I don't have anything but the ones I listed.
I'm a little miffed too because all the good unlocks and shit were from 2016, but I wanna play the new levels, not the same shit I already got mastery 20 on 2 years ago. I also want my fucking Blood Money suit and somebody is gonna pay for taking that away from me
I'm having a blast replaying all these levels but man, why did they have to tie EVERYTHING to the online component? Like it shouldn't take 40 seconds to change a single item in my starting inventory or to just open the load game menu.

Played through HITMAN(2016) a couple months ago while staying at a friend's place, you guys think it's worth grabbing the Gold Edition or the Legacy packs, or would I be fine with just the base game?
Pretty sure you can save money by buying H2's upgrade for the GOTY content. You won't miss out on content either way afaik but I think it's cheaper to upgrade H2 than it is H1?

Color me late, but i don't see any reviewers mentioning this: you can just install the free demo mission from Hitman 2 and boot up the game once. After that, it'll install your legacy missions.
I think they were keen to just move all of Hitman's playerbase onto their new Square Enix free online platform, because you don't need to buy Hitman 2 to get those old missions working.

The sniper assassin mission lacks the ability to have separate aim speed for scoped and non-scoped view, which you could do in the stand alone mission. That's really fucking annoying.
Yeah the remastered version of Sniper Assassin is trash compared to the standalone
I only played the Hitman 2 version once and it put me in the player 2 location. Sitting slightly off to the right just shows how they designed the whole map around the player 1 location, because so much shit is slightly obscured for not reason from the second position.
The Briefcase is legitimately OP. Not for storing shit, but as an always-there instant KO weapon/thrown distraction/dropped distraction. Seriously, try it out in Whittleton Creek, it makes SA/SO a joke.

Man the aiming is really fucked up, seems to automatically shift your aim upwards every time you go into aim mode.
Use the screwdriver on the breaker box by the garage.
That's an option in the menu. Turn off aum snapping and weak point focus.
