Just do the Cheveyo Calibration. If you find it too difficult to stealth it then just do what I did and cheese it by shooting every possible witness in the head. Can't get spotted if nobody's alive.
Was this car constantly bouncing up and down for anyone else?

Diana's parents being killed by 47 is implied in promo material for Absolution, though you have to squint past some censor bars. I'm generally not a fan of retconning new characters (especially one that's coming across as so much as a Mary Sue as the Shadow Client) into 47's background, and I really don't like the weird, unnecessary intertwined fates thing with Diana. She was perfectly fine without having some tragic childhood backstory.
Alright, so why can't you turn sinks off after using them as a distraction?
You gotta wait for the person to turn it off before you take them down. It's silly.
They've apparently, like many games, have de-aged Diana, as she would be way too old for that flashback to make sense
can we just mention the part where they're like "yo 47 they took your memory, dog" and then they were like "its okay though we have an antidote"
I feel thats a really pivotal moment in the story because its spot where the game says "You can stop caring about the story now"
I don't know any of the hitman lore, was 47 a test tube baby? Might explain some weird age shit going on.
how did you miss the part where he's a clone made up of like 8 super skilled people to be a killing machine with a barcode on his head
I've only ever really played Hitman 2016 and I haven't really been paying much attention to the story.
47 being 52 years old and looking like a 35-year-old is and always has been a part of the canon. It makes sense, he's genetically built to be resistant to the wear and tear of time. Mister Liam Neeson Character (aka Agent 6/Lucas Grey/Shadow Client) is a much earlier and
significantly more inferior clone.
Really the plot of H2 is utter bollocks but I can ignore it because it doesn't descend into sheer cartoonery like Absolution did at several points. I think I'm most bothered by the fact it seems to be retconning Codename 47 even though hits from it were implicit in the Legacy intro. Sort of wish IO weren't constantly trying to forget C47.
With the memory antidote thing I don't think I'll ever get too interested in the story. I like the how the story looks and feels, just not the story itself if that makes any sense.
I have been planning on trying all the other games at some point. I'll actually pay attention then.
Well basically he was created by Dr. Ortmeyer as the 47th subject in a cloning process involving five people.
Agent 47 was created on September 5, 1964, in Ort-Meyer's asylum in Romania. He had the numbers "640509-040147" tattooed on the back of his head ("64-05-09" is the date of creation, "04" marks he is part of Series IV, "01" marks that he is the first, and "47" is to represent that he is the 47th), followed several years later by a Universal Product Code.
Nevertheless, Dr. Ort-Meyer saw 47 as his first genetically complete success and gave him slightly more attention, even though he had other specimens to consider.
Ortmeyer suppressed 47's memory and manipulated him and the ICA to kill the 4 other "fathers".
Partial breakthrough of his suppressed memory and some research on their client from the ICA let him remember Ortmeyer and he returned to the asylum to kill him. The plan was to destroy 47 and roll out "48"s as an army.
In the second game, 47's new life is found and his best friend, a priest is kidnapped in order to squeeze him into doing contract killings again for their benefit.
In Blood Money a man is trying to find 47 to destroy his DNA and the ICA, as well as get a journalist to expose the existence of 47 and his contracts to the world with intent of getting cloning banned, so that the 48 project cannot be done again.
don't forget about contracts, the game all about 47's second worst hotel visit
I think my favourite thing is that is one of the FEW things that wasn't a retcon.
The series is rife with bizarre lore changes. Hitman 2 arbitrarily retcons that 47 was the first real autonomous and successful clone with Mister 17. No one ever remembers sunglasses bro. No one.
17 was canonically an earlier clone, but he didn't have the same superhuman powers and, more importantly, he apparently lacked any capacity for autonomous thought.
It's...complicated, let me find my notes. Absolution ultimately had three writers, five people doing "additional writing", a scriptwriter, four people on "additional scriptwriting", two people who wrote a "screenplay", and a separate dialogue writer. Only one of the dialogue guys, one of the scriptwriters and the third writer (who appears to have been brought in for damage control) is still with IOI. Square Enix basically gave IOI a lot of money and time to make Absolution; IOI took it and went completely off the rails and a) wasted all of the money and time on an incoherent, incomplete mess and b) the stuff they produced makes everything about Kane and Lynch seem tame and inoffensive. At some point (possibly multiple times over the course of development) SE checked what was going on, were horrified, and tried to send fixers to clean up the mess and ship an actual game.
Incredibly, african americans are pretty much the only group not horribly abused in Absolution's writing. My personal favorite is this:

Note that this character's most obvious yiddish lines intended to convey the antisemitic "new york jews running wars" stereotype do not get subtitles. This is far from the most offensive stuff in the game- there are reams of homophobic, racist, ableist, material in there, and from reviewing some director's cut documentary material, I found that the stuff that was cut was many times worse. I have a pretty thick skin for this sort of thing, but it's so incessant, pointless, detailed, and expensively crafted (and in the context of something so profoundly incompetently executed) that it leaves me sort of rubbernecking at it. I find that people who think Hitman Absolution wasn't that bad in its writing are usually folks who were relatively trigger happy and thus missed the snuff film studio, the dropping a dead prostitute's corpse off a balcony as a distraction, Jade the Asian stereotype becoming part of a trade offer in a cutscene, the just incessant dick jokes written on props....
..All of it in service of a game with a cobbled-together nonsense plot, horrible scripting, bugged challenge and AI and detection systems, and a studio that would routinely bring maps all the way through production before dropping them, plot and record a boondoggle live action series to play on ingame televisions, send its design team to North Dakota for inspiration, and plan and fully develop four separate plotlines without thinking about how they were going to reconcile them.
Ah fuck me I take back anything good I said about Absolution, I just fucking remembered the nuns
Amazingly the nuns we got ingame went through at least two rounds of revisions to be less...like they are. There's some storyboarded interview stuff with the Head Nun talking about how she doesn't know whether she wants to kill 47 or fuck him. It's also why her cigar disappears in their initial ingame appearance cutscene. I'm telling ya, the game was chopped up and remixed twelve times to try to get a finished product out of the degs of IOI's Tarantino & Family Guy Fansquad.
its set in the middle of blood money and is mostly dreams
if you really want to suffer you can try to fit in the books. let me tell you all about 47's painkiller addiction
iirc in one of the books 47 says "Prison food sucks" and I want that voiced and patched into Codename 47 cause it'd probably fit with that game's va
So is the orphanage Ort-Meyer's or was 47's past retconned? Cause all I know at this point is Ort-Meyer made 47 from DNA from the 5 big dudes you kill in C:47.
Or how much he loves Denny's breakfast.
I wanna hear David Bateson as 47 order a grand slam.
diana speaks too much in this during missions. just keep quiet already. give me the pre-mission brief and very short intro just like in blood money. outside of that, shush and let me do my job in peace.
Wa wa wee wa that's a nice screenshot, face looking much better than in the comparison I posted. Okay I may have changed my mind, he definitely looks better there.
If I was able to run Hitman very well (GTX 970, 16 GB RAM, i5 6700K) this game should run as good, right?
Anyone having problems with the performance, going from Season 1 to 2?
thanks man. i like taking pictures in games. especially those that support ansel.

Some of those shots look straight out of a concept art gallery or promotional image
