I would guess Monster Hunter. There's talk elsewhere that the game's Monster Hunter tracks are classified like series that have fighters. That could just be some weird overlap due to Rathalos being a boss without a playable character to match, though.

This could just serve as a menu theme, but does anyone remember that leak that someone shared recently? It guessed the Mario Paint assist trophy, Incineroar and Ken, and some other stuff. It claimed that there would be a day 1 patch that would add some additional modes. If we take this alongside the Break the Targets theme...hoo boy. I'm just going to assume they're menu themes until further notice.
