I used Colors! 3D. It's kinda basic but it's really smooth and easy to use compared to other programs on there.
Since I did my Swedish translation, I am now going to deal with the letters in the fonts. Unfortunately I'm pretty skeptic and uncertain about it because UndertaleModTool won't show me what will be used for respective letters right now, I await a future version of it to do that.
I can't draw on those things worth a darn... I always start off on a piece of paper, upload the rough sketch to a computer then use inkscape to do the rest.

That line was pulled from Smash Bros for 3DS/Wii U. It predates Undertale by a year and is more likely a nod towards a South Park-themed meme that was popular at the time.
That's why one should pizza instead of french fry, or it gets ugly like summoning the forces of darkness from the Necronomicon.

I'm just... gonna share my data.win where I included the extra characters for use with Scandinavian languages, right here.
First thing is that the glyphs must all be located again, since I moved the letters around to make space for Ä, Å, Ö, Ë, Ñ, and so on. When the first step is done, the next one is to add symbols 192 to 255 so these letters get drawn.

When I look at the fact that DotumChe is a font with Korean characters, it wouldn't be unreasonable for Toby Fox to accept Deltarune being localized in that language if the demo already has a Japanese version.
…And I do hope he implements the full ASCII character set (range 255) for various European languages when he finishes work on this Undertale successor.

I really like the clean artstyle, and the story seems very interesting. Plus, who wouldn't want to see pre-fall Gaster in all his lean skelly form?
And speaking of comics, does anybody where I can read that one other comic series, where post-pacifist ending Frisk goes into past to look for Gaster with Flowey and one of Endogeny's dogs possessing, well, said dog's body?
