Man, you know what I want to see? The Burma campaign, Chinese battles and all that. I can't think of a game that featured them much, it's usually Western Europe, Africa, or the Pacific focusing on the US, with a bit of Russia.

The Last Tiger is good as fuck. Something like that but stretched out over a few hours, with a similar story for the British or Americans would have made an outstanding campaign.

KE7 is the only gun that is genuine noob gun. The rest feel good

I've been teamswapped. Still not sure how or why but after steamrolling day one and two of the operation my squad was moved over to the losing team on day three. Never seen it since.

any video game adaptation of naval warfare is going to be arcady because real naval warfare in this period took place at distances over miles. don't talk shit about my destroyer v destroyer engagements in BF1 either, shit was tight.

Naval battles were pretty fun in an arcadey way in BF1 when the destroyers aren't getting gangraped by 5 million torpedo boats that instantly respawn on flags Do hope we'll get Cruisers this time around. Dunno how they're going to shove in Battleships without neutering their ground firepower, but it'd still be ace to absolutely delete entire jungles with a 16 inch or 18 inch salvo.

What's the status on the 50% off thing for PC? I'm seeing 30% off on PC now ($40 for the base game), but I never saw the 50% off. I'm starting to think that might have been a bug or something that some lucky people were able to take advantage of.

What the fuck do you need to do to get past the first segment of the overture thing? It tells me I need to use my bandages 10 times. I've used them upwards of 50. I'm at 3/10 for progress. Fuck do I need to do?

Feel like they should amp up the end of round music more. Panzerstorm and Rotterdam both have this great new end of round track that has great strings, but is too quiet in-game to be audible. Making the round start tracks loud as shit was a step in the right direction and they should really do the same for the end of round music to really bring back that grandiose feeling from BF1.

what fucks me off the most is how many weapons are just copy and pasted from BF1, and then they have the sheer fucking cheek to show that some of the future weapons they'll be adding into the game are from fucking BF1 as well. WW2 has so many fucking weapons to offer and they're just porting shit over from BF1.

I have to say, I like the progression system for the weapons (somewhat). The fact that you have to complete challenges once a weapon reaches level 10 to unlock the gold plated skins really makes it feel like you have to earn it. Carefully select the map and gamemode. My go-to is usually Frontlines on any map or Hamada on Conquest as defenders. Had to get 3 headshots and 4 headshots for some challenges and I got them with the Lee Enfield 6x Scope. It's doable, play conservatively. Hunt down machinegunners. Getting the "headshots while prone* is bugged, so probably the easiest to get it right now. A match yesterday I got 28 kills, 26 where headshots, sometimes while im proning, sometimes when the enemies are prone, or running, or crouched, or sitting in a tank, or reviving...

Controversial opinion, but i wish they'd bring back suppression and crank that shit up to 12. As much as people would lose their shit over hating it, i never thought it was enough because you'd still get some numbnuts recon headshotting you through anyway. It's even worse now, yeah let me spray you down with an MMG, pinging a few heashots to boot, and still get headshot like i was tickling you.

You dont have to play conquest. It works on any gamemode.

Really? I guess some of the trackers are a little buggy then because I switched to Breakthrough at one point and didn't get any progress.

Not sure what they've done to my performance in this latest patch but every so often I'll be in a game and the FPS will just shit the bed and the only way to get around it is by restarting the game. Feels like how it ran back in the BETA. Utter aids.

finished the last tiger. yes, that was great. wish the other war stories were as good as that one. Well, tirailleur wasn't too bad, but still. it also feels strange to shoot americans as a german soldier in a SP campaign.

Alright I am officially in love with the Staghound. I got into a one on one duel with a Tiger and was able to literally run circles around him faster than he could traverse his turret, it took a lot of shots but I managed to destroy him.

I'm so fucking glad I finally finished the medic crate assignment. They're so fucking bad and just... objectively worse than the throwable bags.

I just got a friend to help with most of the assignments by grinding them out.

Me and @Trainbike were talking about it and we'd much rather them change it back to a radius heal, just reduce the heal amount or bump up the requirements on all the healing objectives. As it stands it's worthless and all you're doing is putting yourself at disadvantage for using it. That said, ammo crates are fine imo.
