Spirit Board Event #2- Fire Emblem characters!
Okay Dr. Mario's new Side B animation is quite literally lifting the cover sheet off of a dead body. There is no refutation towards this.
They said before that it's him showing off his diploma in a Treehouse event, which is bullshit.
Why does he has an angry expression, and seems to forcing the sheet off? If it is his diploma, why is it completely blank and why is he handling like that? Why else would the sheet be lifting it from the ground? Its still called Super Sheet too!
What are you trying to hide, Nintendo? Please just confirm this because I know for a fact Dr. Mario killed someone in his career and he's still not in jail.
I am getting very sick of spirit bouts with certain hazards. Strong Wind and Sleep Floor specifically.
They might as well just disable a support slot, it's what they effectively do anyway.
No matter how far we run, we can never escape Fire Emblem representation in Smash
Anyway, that's-a how i lost-a my medical license
real talk i wouldn't mind a metal sonic echo for sonic.
If there's ever a TF2 rep then I think Pyro is the best choice.
He doesn't use any bullet based weaponry besides the shotguns, so he has more attacks to work with that don't ignore a key part of the playstyle and all of his weapons are vaguely non-threatening looking or cartoony.
Every other character is basically tied to a bullet based weapon or are difficult to pass the censors without losing a key characteristic (Spy cigarette, drunk Demo, stereotypical accent/character depictions).
The Pyro has a ton of unique weapons to work with. Thermal thruster, flare/scorch/detonator, airblast, gas passer, axes, slap, various wacky melee weapons. Have him use a different axe for each tilt or smash, or maybe the neon annihilator for aerials so he can be a pyroshark in water areas, or homewrecker to bury, or a combo system based on afterburn and weapons like flares/axstinguisher. Airblast would be good for edgeguarding or grabs. Could turn some of his attack taunts into moves.
Could do a pyroland stage where it transitions from happy-go-lucky to scorched Earth periodically, affecting stage hazards.
Pyro has a ton of stuff that could be used in his moveset and would really stand out from the rest of the Smash characters by being an axe user.
Final smash could be like Megaman and have the whole team push a payload into the enemy to explode.
Then again unless Valve decides to Port some games to the Switch I don't ever see a Valve rep coming to Smash, although it would be fun to play Half-Life or Portal on the go.
If I had to pick another Sonic rep (who isn't already an assist) I'd probably choose Tails.
He'd be more of a semi-clone of Sonic, like Isabelle. His moveset would be somewhat similar on the ground, and he'd be slower and less powerful than Sonic when grounded, but he would have monstrously powerful aerials, combined with side-to-side air control almost as good as Jigglypuff, and an excellent recovery that can also be controlled very precisely.
He'd be all about being in the air, like a reverse Little Mac. His grounded attacks might be weak but most lob the victim straight upward, and even his up-throw would see him grab his opponent's legs and fly them away in whatever direction he wants, like an airborne version of DK's carry.
Maybe Tracer or Anduin.
Finished WoL.
That was...pretty great, actually. Even shed a little tear during the credits when certain VAs and artists showed up.
Now to get every spirit not from WoL, which means Spirit Board and the bullshit shooting minigame.
And Metroid Queen on Spirit Board? I hate whoever came up with that.
A K Rool who hits hard, reads inputs, gets an attack buff, and then GIANT, and its a STAMINA battle!? I had to win it 4 times because I kept failing the insane speed of the shooting minigame.
Hot tip but if you know you need a spirit for two different fusions you can rematch them with a sticker even if you win.
I have no idea how to spell it but Kyruem for example, that weird pokemon dragon thing. You need 2 (to fuse with Zekrom and Reshirom) so beat it once, rematch ticket and get a second on the spot.
a fantasy definitely-never-going-to-happen TF2 rep would be scout, no doubt. His attributes translate to Smash the smoothest, and his versatile unlocks would fill in his moveset easily enough. Plus he's second only to Heavy for being the face of the game.
Of course, that's a pipe dream and will never happen. You can quote me on that.
I thought Soldier was second to Heavy when it comes to being the face of the game.
I'd say Spy or Pyro are the most popular after Heavy.
I am trying to unlock Kind DDD in WoL, i know its by the path under galeem, however i am trying to figure out how to unlock it, is it by beating enough dungeon boss?
if youre talking about how to get him to appear in his gourmet race dungeon, you have to eat at least 11 food items along the way. theres 2 more fights that appear below 11 as well
Scott's kinda become the modern face of tf2 with major roles in stuff like Expiration Date really fleshing out his character, I'd say the 3 most iconic are Heavy, Scout, and Spy. In that order.
Nah i was talking about the path to get there first but i figured it out, just beat enough dungeon boss.
Scout: " Ya' listenin'? OK. Grass grows, birds fly, sun shines, and brotha'- [pokes the camera] I get invited to Smash Brothers."
Just got a notification we're getting a Fire Emblem spirit event
