Pacman S-Tier
Played 10 games online.
All 10 were 1v1s roughly to my settings.
Man. I'm 100/124 on the challenge board. Adventure/Spirit Board/Spirit/Classic/Games + More/Other are all 100%
I used one hammer though and I super regret it. The Century smash with Ken got on my nerves because mii's wouldn't stop killing themselves on items and I didn't care to waste 5 minutes on attempts only for the braindead ai to come out and slap a pow block.
I super regret it because I didn't want to use any hammers at all
i can literally see the pixels on your tv. the jagged lines line up perfectly with your tv's pixel grid. that's what this is, not the game
Hope they don't scrimp us out with the Persona music like they did FF
I want at the very least most of the battle themes from P5 and I'm HOPING for some representation for the other games like Mass Destruction or Reach out to The Truth
But I dunno if we're gonna get all that
From the creation of the trailer, I'd assume Sakurai and Atlus are on really good terms.
So I'd expect a good few tracks.
gimme a good ass velvet room remix in the vein of the lost painting one
I just want the songs with lyrics to have lyrics.
I compared Clouds reveal with Joker

I wonder who Nintendo is on better terms with...
Needless to say I'm not all that worried

It's not the greatest TV in the world, but it's not so shit that it murders anti-aliasing, which exists on other parts of the menu graphics just fine.
It also looks like this in handheld mode, which I've encountered in no other Switch game.
Again, it's only a minor complaint and I'm very mostly posting about it out of curiosity of how many other people also see this, and what could be causing it so maybe it can be forwarded to Nintendo. You know, just to help.
Trust me, I've got more legitimate issues with the game than just some malfunctioning anti-aliasing on a small portion of the main menu graphics. But it's all stuff that's been complained about before multiple times in these threads, so I don't want to just repeat what everyone else has been saying.
If someone wants me to say something positive: Classic is incredibly fun and the little nods and things they do per character is greatly amusing, easily my favorite mode of the entire game, and my favorite version of Classic mode to date.
None of the DLC fighters for Smash 4 got fancy trailers. Bayonetta had a single voice line, Mewtwo got nothing besides a wireframe, the rest just got gameplay teasers.
I must be getting a lot of quickplays with people playing with their cop op buddy.
Because I'm noticing a few FFA's if there's 3 players left, it turns into 2 players deciding to double team me, and I doubt it's because I'm the bigger threat.
The upside is winning anyway and just imagining the pair on a couch somewhere eating their controllers in rage
Holy shit, I haven't gotten anything other than 1v1 since the update. This is amazing.
Although there's still some chucklefucks that have items and hazards on, which they always end up dying to. Free GSP is always nice.
While I'd love to not have items or whatever, the fact that it's only 1v1s is still wonderful compared to FFA.
Guess I'm glad I decided not to dive into the online yet.
Don't think it's just good terms.
Square is known to be a messy, stingy bitch when it comes to copyrights.
Why I think we could see Sub-Zero or Banjo WAY before we ever get Geno.
Tho, I'd be gladly proven wrong on that, doubt it will happen.
Any newcomer from now will be better treated then Cloud will. Not even OG art for his Fighter Spirit. What a load of barnacles.
Just reporting in to say that the patch notes are an absolute JOKE
Snake's reveal will always be my favorite

Thread, I want you to be completely honest. Next trailer gets released and it's a black starry sky. One star begins to twinkle before descending from the heavens into a room full of Smash trophies. It hesitates to select one before going into the unopened toybox from Smash 64. Cue a bright glow as Geno pops out dazed with his splash screen and all.
How would you react to him *actually* getting announced? Like likelyhood aside or if you want him or not I'm actually curious to what the reaction would be.
A slightly louder than average "Hell yeah."
I would fuck my hot wife while riding our sick purple unicorn around my living-room/swimming pool hybrid house because we're in fantasy-land
"Yeah, I expected this." with a small side of hype.
Alright, half the fun of WoL is creating these bullshit teams

I mean points for trying but there's a reason I said "Likelyhood aside", like c'mon dude. I'm asking if it ever DID happen, it's harmless. :|
Me just saying that I personally think it's never gonna happen isn't stopping you or others from continuing with the hypothetical.
If it was just that, then yeah. But you explaining why he'll never be in just feels like you're missing the point of it just being a hypothetical . Not me saying "Guys... I think he's in."
Like part of the write up for the trailer was just a idea I had to reference Smash 64's opening with the dolls being forgotten in that chest/box. That's it .
I'm not surprised- based on the way they phrased the patch, they wanted to reduce the amount of time between matches, regardless if they fit your settings or not. Here's hoping they start working on the netcode to fix all the other problems.
