What kind of hammer is that? I tried spending hours and hours in Kulve Taroth and all I got was the basic-ass bitch gold weapons and the bitch wouldn't get past area 2 without her scuttling off.

My god, AT nergi was some fantastic challenging fun. I like how he manages to be menacing as hell in melee rather than having just a fuck-you-in-general area attack. A lot less controller-shattering and a lot more feeling good when correctly reading moves.

But... I don't know if it was fluke, but I managed to clear AT Nergi on my very first attempt, in 22 minutes, with one cart o.o
I've really been struggling with all of the AT elders (still missing Kirin) so I was prepared for a meatgrinder, but something about the battle flow clicked.

Messed up the killscreen a bit
I ran a defensive GS build. I actually managed to trip-lock him twice (you can see the 2nd time in the screenshot above) like you would with regular Nergi, which I imagine helped a lot. Guess I'll find out once I'm off to get the rest of the tickets.

Every time I see screenshots like this I kick myself for not choosing a female character. Beating a dead horse I'm sure but the armors just look so much better.
