Emily Rogers has one of the worst track records in the entire history of "leakers"
She just deletes a lot of tweets when she gets called out to hide evidence. She's literally gotten one thing right and that's Mario and Rabbids and that's only because it was the worst kept secret in the world.

We're in a perpetual state of having a Direct next week because when we get there it turns out the Direct is actually happening next week.
Nintendo actually did mention unrevealed games coming out this year, so there's some precedent for rumours. Still, how about that January direct? What a great direct that was.

Emily Rogers is a person that gets literally everything wrong and the only things she gets right is stuff she tries to pretend she came up with. Like Nintendo put up a job listing at a fair for Paper Mario for Wii-U and said they were hiring for it. When people stopped talking about it she would make a tweet going "btw my sources say there's a paper mario being made... for the wii-u!" and while not wrong
It's something we already knew about and is just her trying to pass it off as her having a source.
She's probably blacklisted regardless because she's so full of shit and desperate for attention someone at Nintendo has to know that they can't trust her.
She constantly culls her info, but I swear this true, she said she had info for the Pokemon games coming this year, and the only thing she said she knew was there would be two versions. There's plenty of things she's gotten correct, but they're so generic anyone could have guessed it.

Let's also not forget "i will retire permanently if I get a single leak wrong" way back in 2011. Spoiler alert, most of them are wrong, incorrectly guess the release dates, or are incredibly safe picks that she gets wrong anyway.
her twitter used to say "I am in a relationship with someone at Nintendo's Marketing Department" and the idea that she can literally sleep with someone who has access to news and STILL GET THINGS WRONG is hilarious to me.
If we assume it's not just a lie to start with and she really is dating someone at NoA Marketing, they're smarter than her because they've been feeding her bullshit because they know the instant they actually break their NDA and tell her something that hasn't already been guessed/leaked by someone else, she'll be straight on Twitter beaking off about it. And someone in their office has to know who they're dating.

Always count on the imageboard being wrong, though. Anyone can post anything anywhere with little to no consequences.
The thing about /v/ is that while it's easy to pick out the one guy who was actually right, there are literally hundreds if not thousands of fake leak threads just for Nintendo alone every year. If there aren't at least three a day then it's a real slow day on /v/. It's completely unreliable by sheer volume.

Every person makes fake leaks on /v/ makes it all dramatic with shit like "wow guys i know this very top secret info, im gonna get in trouble for saying this but yolo xd" and then you have actual leakers who just dump and leave.

Got this in the mail today, everything seems to be in good condition except for the fact that it doesn't have an RF switch, but that's alright; I only intend to display it on a new shelving set I plan to be putting up soon. It also came with some games, but none of em' I really recognized, except Hydlide.
Man even other compnaies are getting tired of Nintendo not dropping the direct smh
