Nier Automata? It's anniversary is coming up, and it's getting new ports to PC and an ultimate edition soon.

I hope they put dates on the Resident Evil ports they have coming, REmake, zero and four.
I hope they do that because the Direct timing is really inconvenient for me but if they spent a solid 15 minutes explaining the weapon triangle before moving onto non-FE news I won't miss anything.
didn't they renew the trademarks for Secret of Mana and Final Fantasy Adventure in Europe after the 2DHD sprite trademark? i mean obviously they'll probably just release Secret of Mana and FFA as the Secret of Mana collection....but call it the Secret of Mana origins collection, and have it so that only one of the games are a DLC code, despite the roms themselves only being a few MB. they'll try to hype up the 3-player functionality as something new, despite only the SNES Classic not being able to have 3 ports.
Could see them trying to Snipperclips-ize BOXBOY as a pseudo-franchise, by bringing the original 3 3DS games to the Switch, maybe with remixed stages for all 3 games with 2-3 players, as well as a stage creator, they'll call the stage creator BOXBOY WORLD and sell it alongside the Amiibo in the US. i could honestly see the dynamic change if the new mode attaches powerups to specific characters, making it kind of like The Lost Vikings.
Far out predictions. an enhanced port of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, and a port of the mobile Tales of Phantasia with none of the microtransactions. they'll probably show more Yoshi footage and some prerendered Luigi's Mansion 3 cutscenes, but only announce those as release dates alongside Animal Crossing (which gets a vague Summer 2019 release date). Three Houses probably won't leak direct story details (like if it's a static character/Eddelgard, or if you can pick the other 2 houses) just to leave it for the FEH convention. (really, they'd probably avoid any detail such as if it's a custom character, or if there's romancable characters. just to avoid angering any part of the fanbase crazy enough to Amazonbomb the game in japan)
Somethingsomething Yacht Club Games announces a physical switch release of Shovel Knight, take a few digs (heh) at the practice of other developers only making games small enougth to sell other parts of the game as DLC codes. which they'll celebrate it as a complete release w/the Gold Shovel Knight amiibo, plus the release of the King/Specter/Plague Knight amiibo pack.
Surprised they didn't announce a Mario Maker port, seems like the game still gets lots of videos from Youtubers from its open nature. or maybe it's the cost of having 3rd party costumes that's holding things back. the 3DS port was unfortunately gimped extremely hard since you could only share levels w/spotpass, and you couldn't even use Amiibos or Mystery Mushrooms, despite pushing for it with the scanner, to the extent that they revamped Animal Crossing: New Leaf (which at the time was probably 3-4 years old).
It'd be nice if they put out a new Style Savvy game on the Switch. I played one on the 3ds and had a surprising amount of fun playing dress up.
Honestly, i just want them to announce a Super Mario 3D World port. It's one of my favorites Mario platformer games.

I literally haven't even played the game yet despite buying it on sale, but I'd consider the Arwing model itself worth the price of admission.

I was first to ever talk about Star Fox Grand Prix openly which lead to tons of outlets confirming they heard about it too back then. It was one of the worst kept secrets that everyone couldn't wait to talk about.
From what I hear you won't be waiting too long for it to release as I am hearing spring & there is even a beta scheduled to happen soon after its announcement tomorrow.
I know of a new topdown Zelda game too but I don't know if it is being shown tomorrow or not but is due for release this year. It may be related to that old Link's Awakening remake or sequel thing I heard & talked about a long time ago.
I don't know for sure if Smash stuff is being covered in it tomorrow atm. I'm looking into it though.

2D Zelda being a Link’s Awakening remake? Well it really doesn’t need it as the game is fantastic already but sure.
Star Fox Grand Prix still sounds like a fever dream but if it looks like F-Zero I’ll take it.
I'd be more interested in seeing a 3D remake of Link's Awakening than a 2D one. LA doesn't really benefit from a facelift but I'd be very curious to see the game and its dungeons reimagined in the Ocarina of Time formula.

Zelda 2 Remake would be neat.
They could take on any style and fix a bunch of stuff the game bullshits on the player.
And it's not a game fans will end up nitpicking like ALttP or LA.
As for Oracles'... Capcom is a big barrier. They could take on ALBW's style, which is based on those games, and remake the games in a similar fashion. Cause some of the coolest designs for Zelda are lost behind Capcom.
Maybe one day, we'll get a remake for those two games and maybe even get the third one that was planned for Farore.

Zelda 2 rebalanced and with some nods to the now established timeline (Make Darunia a mountain town, Saria a wooden town etc) would be great!

Fire emblem is the new "New super Mario Bros" series. And while I don't think it deserves it, I blame it on smash fanbase
I have a single realistic hope for tonight in that we will have at least something about Luigi's Mansion 3. Everything else I am expecting to feel either nothing or disappointment.
I've had Dragonborn in mind for a while and actually think he has an adequate shot, given Skyrim's popularity and...pervasiveness. His reveal trailer will involve a courier handing him a Smash invitation, and his side smash will be Fus Ro Dah. There's my prediction for the day.
