This is the game that makes me want to get a Rift S tbh, this and Beatsaber.
Next month, next fucking month I'll finally be in a position to afford it.
But the question is, will it be in stock to buy? I have a pretty beefy PC, so I feel like getting a Quest would ultimately be a bit of a loss if I'm in a place where I can comfortably throw every VR game at the Rift.
But looking for opinions.
theres supposed to be a free weekend for onward but i cant see a install option, has it not started yet?
A friend pointed out something interesting about Raw Data's Amazon page..

Just got an email to confirm the shipping address for my Index about half an hour ago.
If you need to make changes, please edit your shipping information by June 14, 2019.
Hopefully that means it's possible for it to ship even before June 28.
when did you order? im waiting for the knuckles
6 minutes after launch.
I got the same email, and I ordered the headset/knuckles combo. Here's hoping they ship early.

I really wish this wasn't PSVR exclusive, it's ticking almost all the boxes for what kind of VR game I want. There aren't that many good VR shooters with an actual story campaign.
I feel like those movements will in reality be severely hindered by the way the Move controllers work, unfortunately.
Here's to hoping for a port.
That's very unlikely considering that it's a first party Sony studio.

You cannot convince me this isn't an elaborate ruse for Half Life: VR.
I wish I had the income for an Index, god
I got the same email at around the same time. Here's hoping we'll get them a bit early.
Onward on quest, including crossplay with PC confirmed!

Damn that's going to require some major optimisation on their part. And then they promise crossplay on top of that...
Oh god I'm sorry, but if this so far is the best E3VR has to offer then I'm gonna fucking cry. It's mobile games and childrens' games.
It hasn't been great, honestly. Angry Birds 2 VR or whatever was a bit hard to sit through - I was honestly hoping for some more heavy-hitting titles.
Still, some really cool stuff has been shown off. I'm just happy there's a VR themed E3 show.
I think Anton just won E3 without being there.

Holy shit, no way
If we ever got multiplayer for H3VR, even if it was 2 players, that would be fucking incredible
A few days ago he even went out of his way to talk about why H3VR won't have multiplayer in the devlog, probably to head off this exact reaction to meat fortress

probably the most exciting upcoming game right now
Shame developers don't do more of immersive adventure games instead of gameplay gimmicks. I want a good story, location with immersive gameplay, not fast shooters, and Wii controllers gameplay.
I'd really like something like Breath of the Wild where I can explore a huge environment but that seems to be too ambitious for the studios that are currently taking VR seriously.
