So I'm not going to go too far in, because I'd like to keep a little surprise, but I already have a problem with the first 6 that I noticed in the beta: why the hell do presets not use all the ability points? Like, for real, why have the things you're locked into for ranked and stuff like that not even have as much stuff as possible?
I'm probably going to do player matches mostly, because I want to try out my own variations, but this still bugs me.

I think this tournament preset business stupid, I'm going to be real disappointed if people have to be stuck on some of these presets.
The fact they aren't even trying to balance the full power set is pretty telling. I'm having a good chuckle at OSU's declaration that this game will be hot for two years based on two sets of by any definition truncated loadouts. Just like every version before it, 6 months and done.

seems it. The rumor claimed Shang Tsung and Mileena would be secret unlockables. But Shang ended up DLC and mileena seems unlikely entirely since Kitana has her Sai now, and we know how that went with Jades staff in MKX lol. But I mean the game is in people’s hands now so we’re gonna find out any minute I’d wager.
I mean that screenshot shows Frost as an unlockable, and she's not even revealed proper yet
It's just that the presets are important because it's probably whats gonna be used in tournament. Which I think is stupid but that's why they're being leaked early.

I'm not sure I like Shao Kahn's new voice. Previous Shao Kahns sounded smooth and soothing when they weren't angry, like a wise but bad-tempered ruler. The new voice seems to bark and shout everything he says.
If any of you leak-watchers see a scene where he's not GRRR ANGRY GRUFF KAHN do tell.
