Terminator and Ash are such perfect fucking picks for a Mortal Kombat game. ESPECIALLY 11, considering time shenanigans. Here's hoping they spring for the actual actors, assuming the leak is legit.
Both of their actors have some good history in openly sharing their likeness in video games, so if they are in it's almost a safe bet they'll be based on their actors. Plus if they could get Carl Weathers before, I'm almost positive they can get those two as well.

I know there was no way around it, but I wish we wouldn't get guest characters. Hell some original character in DLC would be great.
For some reason switch’s Kombat pack has 13 unnamed DLC, plus the likelihood of at least one more KP is extremely high given how they’ve said this will be the longest supported game in NRS backlog
I never knew how much I wanted The Terminator in MK until now this "leak.", But because there's always the chance it's not legit, I'm sure I'll be disappointed when it doesn't happen.
My guess for why it has a little too much DLC(at least this early) is that if anything in it is real a good chunk of it is fake.
I call Fujin and Joker as fake. Especially because Boon dicks with people about Fujin all the time.
Then Fujin/Joker ends up being the 2nd DLC they announce and I'll just go fuck myself.
Terminator and Ash would be amazing with their dialogue being the same level as Jonny Cage. I do hope that Terminate, if true, has Arnold as his look but just being a basic T100 model is still badass.

Joker is literally a throw away since he's from Earth C and literally no one will miss him. Atrocitus is pretty much the only currently rostered character that makes an ounce of sense, as he has a strong moral code and would not hesitate to jam his foot balls deep in someone's john brown hindparts for great justice. Dr. Fate or Black Adam are really the only other characters that make sense, but Sub Zero and Raiden were there to recruit so...

Stats are another thing entirely. Gear pieces have “augment slots” so you add the stats independently yourself like gem sockets from ARPGs. They’ve said they did this to avoid having to make a transmog system, which they must’ve given up on since there’s a $10 IJ2 dlc that unlocks unlimited free ones

not only is the krypt entirely random, but you have to get currency through it, an exponentially growing amount, to unlock each characters tower
Technically krypt still isn’t like the mother boxes, but afaik you can’t buy in either game
