She got kicked hard by Sindel in MK9 like most of the cast.
She, along with many characters, was killed in MK9 and brought back as Quan Chi's revenant (like Scorpion was).
Don't worry though pretty sure every revenant will have a normie skin, everyone we've seen so far has, kabal even has a pre-burnt one

Long story short. Time travel is bullshit.
To be fair, even Zombie Liu Kang all the way back in the PS2 era had a non-dead alt, so it'd be pretty weird for any character to not have them.
Well, we already know that because they showed human Jade for most of the reveal after the first round.

It's amazing looking at that picture and seeing how much better their faces are post MK9. They really stepped up production value and quality.
Sub-Zero and Jax got "cured" though, so they aren't Revenants anymore. Still would love a Revenant skin for them though.

Pre-order Goro played no part in MKX's story, I wonder if this plot-related or just a reused asset.

Yeah. That + Shao Kahn's funky new look leans towards there being a bit of backstory, but knowing MK either way will probably just be "hiyoooooo TIMELINES!"

I'm excited to see my favorite green ninja is back! I figured they'd keep to Kitana's mournful variation but this is even better.
But I got to wondering, who will they bring over from MKX? We already have Cassie and D'vorah, but with 13(?) characters left to be revealed I doubt all will be there, considering they haven't revealed Johnny or Kitana yet, who will probably be playable.
I hope we see Kotal Khan.

Unless the steam leak is all fake codenames, I think Erron Black and Kotal were konfirmed.
Since that screen shows SON for Sonya and TER for Geras I think it’s reasonable to assume they aren’t code names but Geras had a different name at one point
