I feel like some scientist should study why, when we come across such horrors online, we all feel compelled to share them with others.
Started to see quite a bit of fanart of Mii Gunner pop up. I hope this lends to more appreciation for the Mii Fighters in general since they've got really sweet designs in Ultimate, even if Gunner will likely get the most of it due to being female and thus the one with cheesecake potential.
Its ass cheeks clap loudly everytime it comes in and out of its pipe preventing it from hiding from mario effectively
I wonder if it gets embarrassed when that happens haha
haha and smelly haha
I like the Sonic Battle style render for Brawler. Shame there isn't any Sonic Battle representation in Ultimate, either through move set or music. Was one of my favorite games.
Jesus.Slapping giant tits on them looks so wrong.
Funny you should say that, since I saw someone else compare it to Mario Strikers artwork.
It's a bit more reminiscent of Strikers, but the dropkick reminded of me of Battle since the cover art has Sonic in a similar pose: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/sonic/images/e/e2/Sonic_pose_62.png/revision/latest?cb=20090420051750
PM took a lot of inspiration from Sonic Battle for his moveset. Sonic Flare is his D-smash and Sonic Eagle is his F-Air, to name a few. Besides that the only thing I can think of remotely resembling his Battle moveset in official Smash is his D-air, which resembles Sonic Rocket.

She's so full of diverse emotions and movement, they were able to make a victory pose, entry animation and taunt almost entirely the same and not have people notice: https://www.ssbwiki.com/images/3/3b/ZeldaSideTauntSSB4.jpg https://www.ssbwiki.com/images/thumb/a/af/ZeldaPose3WiiU.gif/200px-ZeldaPose3WiiU.gif https://www.ssbwiki.com/images/0/00/ZeldaOnScreenAppearanceSSB4.gif
TP Zelda's personality is on par with cardboard and if they ever do a Queen/Serious Zelda, let it never be like that ever again. I am so glad they go rid of her and GrampsDorf for much better designs. And no one will deny that happy, cheerful classic Zelda was a bad choice.
IMO, OoT Dorf in is great in Ultimate, but there's something about TTP's design that I really prefer and am still kinda sad that it's gone. Hyrule Warriors is still his best design tho
Hyrule Warriors gave great designs to pretty much every character and I'm super disappointed they didn't even give Link a blue scarf Hyrule Warriors alt in Sm4sh. Ganon NEEDs a DLC alt for his Hyrule Warriors design, it's easily the coolest he's ever looked.
TP and OoT Ganondorf hit different niches. Twilight Princess Dorf is stocky and he's fine in his game's context, but the more dynamic proportions of OoT Dorf fit the grappling brawler look more. I mean you just have to compare OoT's sprint to TP's stompy job.
Mini-fact: Link's white tunic in Smash is often mistaken to be Skyward Sword's casual but its closer to Hyrule Warrior's Trainee Tunic because of the shield being the same as Smash 4's SS color. So we got our small reference to HW. What I don't get is why Y. Link has no reference to characters like Kafei and as a bunch of odd colors, like orange. Or light blue with green legs. I guess it's a Blue Ring/Blue mail reference but such a weird choice. And Zelda not getting a Hilda color is just missed opportunity.
The only reason I can think of Zelda not getting a Hilda color is that they want to add her as an echo, but that seems kind of a stretch. Same time, you can also ask why a lot of the pokemon character don't have their shinies as an alt as well.
i mentioned it before, but the opportunity of a pink haired LTTP toon link has been passed up way to many damn times.
I do appreciate that the Tunic of the Wild is included for new Link, but at the same time it reminds me that the Tunic of the Wild kind of sucks ass and looks really awkward on Ultimate Link. It's just a shame because the Amiibo costumes prove that Link's traditional outfit looks fine on his BOTW model, it's just that between the shorts and the short sleeves Link just looks like he's wearing an outfit three sizes too small.
Thankful the TP color at least kind of hides the fact he's wearing small shorts. Can still look like "classic" Link without looking too silly.
jfc why did the artist draw huge tits on them
you know exactly why
horny people. also why her crotch is so huge
I actually prefer Ganondorf's TP look. I actually wish we got different incarnations of the Zelda characters as alts rather than just colors. Let us choose between OoT, TP, and BotW for Adult Link (hell, throw SS in there for good measure; I'm still surprised that wasn't his incarnation in Smash 4). Same with OoT, TP, and ALBW Zelda (and also SS maybe), classic look for Young Link, conductor outfit for Toon Link, and so on. Feels like there's a lot we could've done with them. On that note: Makes me actually wonder why we can't pick from a bunch of different Pokémon characters as the trainer. I can't imagine it would take much dev effort when they'll just be standing in the background and shouting commands. I'm not even talking about just the various player characters over the years either, but NPCs, too. Rivals, gym leaders, elites/champions, professors, gang leaders, and so on.
I was wondering just now: Why don't the Miis have a classic mode campaign?
