I honestly prefer they finish the DLCs first so they can optimize/add the DLC's to the console versions, including Swich. But won't be surprised if they do give a date on Wednesday.
That feel when the left joycon starts to drift.
Fingers crossed for Spelunky on Switch 🤞

Konami with the games all of the sudden https://www.gonintendo.com/stories/331194-konami-50th-anniversary-arcade-classics-castlevania-and-contra
I'm gonna be poor.
Even though I own them, I really hope they include Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth and Contra ReBirth so other people can enjoy their turtletastic soundtracks. The arcade classics set of 8 doesn't include Gradius ReBirth though, so it seems slim.
when I saw the 3 different collections, I thought that this was implying each collection would have their respective re:birth. What a missed opportunity.
Personally there is only 1 game I'm looking for at Nindies and that is Risk of Rain 2, seeing as the devs are adamant about the Q1 release as of even a week or 2 ago we could see a shadow drop at Nindies. My only hangup is that idk if Nintendo does Early Access games. Nevertheless I hope to see it at least mentioned at the Nindies

Nothing says indie title like "A DoubleFine Production, published by Bandai Namco"
Nice, a new Blaster Master.

Link and Zelda as playable characters in the sequel to Crypt of the Necrodancer. What the fuck.
https://youtu.be/4LlyGN9XEZ4 Really hyped for this
Now Zelda is an indie game too, what the fuck.
Crypt of the necrodancer is an indie game. They just teamed with Nintendo for the characters

I don't have much for the Famicom shelf just yet, but I'm planning to get a Disk Drive in the near future. Maybe get a boxed game for the middle?
I'm gonna have to pick up a bigass shelf like that after I graduate.
Where does this fall on the timeline?
Some time after Wand of Gamelon and slightly before Hotel Mario.
I posted this in the news thread too, but Cuphead will be getting an update prior to release for all platforms. http://studiomdhr.com/cuphead-is-coming-to-nintendo-switch-plus-new-free-content-for-everyone/ New intro sequences for Cuphead and Mugman, Mugman can be selected for single player, the cutscenes are getting at minimum animation now, and support for 10 languages. MDHR is one of those developers that sustain me.
Just after Super Smash Flash 2 on the "Otacon does not cum on the Yoshi amiibo" timeline.

I love how spin offs do what Nintendo has yet to do: Make Zelda playable. Hyrule Warriors Wand of Gamelon :^) And no I don't really count Phantom Zelda because it was more a puzzle element. Also, love the design they went with in Cadence of Hyrule. Almost feels like a mix of 90's Zelda and Classic. Lot of monsters also have that mix of classic NES Zelda, like the four-headed boss, with modern ones, like Bokoblins. Lots of good.
Nintendo allowing an indie dev work with one of their biggest IPs is pretty wild tbh. I'd be interested to see if anything else like this crops up in the future.
Shovel Knight probably will finally get that Nintendo exclusive boss like xbox and Playstation
If they make a game where Zelda is playable, then have Link be a guide character who gives terrible advice. "This door is locked" "Throw a bomb at it"
