This is why you should check who you're targeting, because you might be fucked if someone has a big attack boost

I'm sure Doug Bowser is a great guy but the sad thing is, if his first year or two with Nintendo are a bit rough (even though this would largely be Reggie's "fault" as anything Doug would do to change core product strategy wouldn't appear for at least a year because of the speed of development/release) he's never going to live it down.

On the other hand this would be a great time to elevate Bowser, especially Wholesome Dad Bowser, on par with Mario just to run the fucking joke faster than memer haters on the Internet can. They've featured Wario in his own games so the precedent is set for an entire series of new games where you play as Bowser, villaining it up or as the unlikely hero saving the Mushroom Kingdom possibly by comedic accident or whatever. Kamek could step in as a henchman-turned-villain, kidnapping Jr. or even the whole set of Koopa Kids or something. A reverse SMW would be great, especially if it was an official romhack released exclusively to ...sigh... Switch Online.
There's so much Nintendo could do to play with Doug's fortuitious last name once he hits his stride with the fans the way Reggie did by embracing "my body is ready" and all the other loving memes.

Here is a cool rumor. A French gaming site is saying Microsoft is helping their respective third parties to bring Ori and the Blind Forest and Cuphead to the Switch. They also say a major Microsoft first party series title (either Gears of War, Forza or Halo) to the Switch as well.

if this is true, i can't see forza or gears being in genuine contention for the first xbox 1st party franchise to go to off-xbox. they're both big, but if they're going to that tier of franchise, it's halo or bust.

That is correct, Master Trial enemies in Master Mode will regenerate (good luck, you’re going to need to abuse soem Sneak Attack to even take down enemies). 2nd DLC can be played in Master Mode.
