You're all more than welcome to join and try out the tf2rv server, i've been testing a bunch of different balance changes, from brass beast and natascha reworks, to vaccinator nerfs, to sniper having 150 health and only doing 126 damage on quickscope headshots, and i have bots running in case nobody else is on and you just want to test out the changes

I guess I should get around to seeing if there are any decent community servers that run casual like set ups. No mods, random crits on or off is fine I guess, no instant spawn, official maps ect. Preferibly 12 vs 12 servers as well. Anything close I guess at least to what a casual matchmaking server generally runs. Preferibly East Coast USA and decently active. Any good suggestions off hand? Cleared off most of my favorite list as they're no longer active or just died on their own... Only ones I have is one that Exor gave me, Lazy Purples servers, a few trade servers and the server that runs that Playstation Games Death Run map...

The server has been surprisingly highly populated lately, at or near 24 full players almost every day. Random crits ae on, and you have to contact the server mods on discord to deal with people, but what can you do.

I had a dream two nights ago about a new major update that came with a video, weapons for multiple classes, a site redesign, and I think even the final comic. I can't remember much about it except for the theming for the update (and new site itself) had a lot of blue-orange gradients. The aesthetics in general were really distinct and consistent so I remember those clearly (and part of why it felt so real), but I think I woke up before I could check the details page. I think it was called The Terrific Update.

Like i said, turn off sprays and if you have to, cl_hud_saytext_time 1 (or 0 if you wanna give up notifications of when the next map voting is starting), and the only difference between the server and quickplay is maps don't end after 2 rounds max, and you die to jerry-the-spicewolf, or otty, or the Pizza Panic Guy, instead of jeremy.hondez2005 or Catbot.
