Once you hit World Tier 1, the game up until that point is a fucking land of peace and rainbows by comparison. So much activity. Factions are all moving around and attacking each other, trying to hold the territory, meanwhile so are you. Just an all out war
are they actually actively doing stuff like that? i liked when i started to see resource convoys pop up on the map (that i havent really gone out of my way to directly see yet) so more shit like that makes the world feel alive would be neat
I sent a clan invite, I'm milktree47
Yeah, Factions are attacking outposts. You'll want to take it over for yourself and come up on one that happens to be in the middle of a huge fight, so just take advantage. I've had firefights that last 5-10 minutes and not because of bullet sponginess, but because the patrols and shit just lined up and trickle in
so they WILL actively try and take back control points? i was seriously hoping thatd be a thing since fights within them so far have been the hardest.
They do. The world is very alive in World Tier 1+
Oi, did you accept my request?
yes
Man, fuck those elite outcast soldiers that run around with sledgehammers. They're only a threat because they can tank so many shots. Their animations are so slow that it's INFURIATING when one kills you. Same with the hyenas with batons, but at least they go down quickly.
You need to dodge them Put those Dark Souls skills to use
I'll send a request for the clan later when i get home. Name is "Thyrious_Uplay".
Is the chem launcher totally useless or am I just using it wrong? I have the oxidizer stuff equipped, and it feels like I'm shooting people with a water gun.
I find the oxidizer the best out of the bunch (I play solo so no need for the healing spray "yet") Placed at their feet it can eat away armor, as long as they stay in the cloud. I did have issue with the Firestarter version, until i realized that enemy gunshots also ignites the gas.

if you switch weapon after the reload animation starts when you switch back you have a full mag, really helps with big waves or heavies
Easily one of the most visually stunning games I've ever played

I'm really enjoying this so far but I seem to be crashing randomly every hour or so, any one got any ideas?
Switch to dx11 if you're on dx12. Also game has troubles with logitech devices.
There are also crash issues with the Drone abillity, but as far as i know, it only is in effect if you are in a group.
I'll never go back to DX11 in this game. Framerate would drop to the 40's in some places with everything on medium, but on DX12 I can crank everything to high and not hit a single hitch
i tried dx12 because hardware unboxing recommended it but i had really bad stuttering
Anyone have a way to fix the memory leak? I'm at 95% usage and its making the game run like ass the lowest settings
Wondering if anyone thinks that the XCOM Enemy Unknown battle music would fit well in place of the current battle OST. Everytime I hear it, I just think of how great it would be if I could replace the music with XCOM's. I don't think the Division 2 OST is bad, but just wow does it reminds me so much of XCOM.
I'm about 30 hours in, about to jump into the end game, and so far this has been a rollercoaster for me. One moment I'll be having a good time, and another moment, I'll get extremely frustrated. Most of the frustration has been my fault though with some exceptions. Overall, I'm enjoying the game a lot more than the first.
Agents, good news! We have identified several issues that were causing skills to immediately destroy themselves and go on a 15 second cooldown. Our development team has been hard at work during the weekend and throughout today to find a fix for those problems.   We will be able to solve most of these occurrences with the brief maintenance today, March 18th at 10:15 PM CET / 5:15 PM EST / 6:15 AM KST / 8:15 ACT. The servers will be down for approximately 15 minutes and you should encounter these issues way less often from this point on.   The team is continuing their work to resolve all the remaining issues on this topic with a future patch later this week. Until then you can try to avoid the talents EXTRA and OVERLAP which seem to be the culprit and can cause skills to act up even after maintenance, albeit still much less often.
I was crashing all the time on DX12 so I switched to DX11 DX11 wouldn't even load Turns out, having MSI Afterburner running with Rivatuner to monitor my temps and shit since this game runs my entire setup really hot causes DX11 to break at launch. Closing both programs lets DX11 work just fine, but my fans don't run right so everything gets even hotter, and DX11 runs like shit compared to DX12. It's noticeably worse and less stable. Has anyone found a way to fix crashes in DX12 or is that something up to the devs? I've tried the DPI and fullscreen optimization options with no luck.
If there's still space in the clan on PC can someone toss an invite to Fisting300bucks.
