have you tried updating afterburner/rtss? runs fine for me
We did it, lads.

Wraith hunter.
Me and my friend decided, upon entering World Tier 4, to bump up a command point to +4 and try and take it. That lead to a 30 minute firefight, with NPCs joining the mix and resupply convoys joining the mix until we ran out of ammo, space for loot, armor kits, and decided to call it quits. We just didn't have the damage to fend off waves, since NPCs would die before we could finish the counter attack, and we'd have to call friendlies again, only to spawn another counter attack
Nobody? :C
Man when everything quiets down the game can be surprisingly tranquil and relaxing.
Are the servers still down? Just bought the game and I keep getting the MIKE-01 connection error. Haven't even seen the main menu yet.
Anyone else unable to complete the dark zone east recon mission? I don't understand what I need to do. I've been going around to different landmarks, killing enemies and getting myself killed, and it's not progressing at all.
I sent an invite request to the clan. My name is Lotion_Player
honestly i'm getting pissed with this game on Xbox One. it feels like i'm fighting the controls half the time, and the hyper-aggressive enemies and literally every fight now having a grenade launcher asshole only make it worse.
I'll be sending an invite to the clan soon. IGN is Cassowary705
Yeah they're fully updated. I actually found a different potential "fix" while looking around and I played a few hours without a crash yesterday on DX12 and had afterburner running.
For whatever reason, someone suggested turning off VOIP, so I did. And it worked. I'm going to test it more extensively today and see if it actually fixed the crashing for me.

when you finally found a good porno
I've been thinking and one of the only things I'm not really sold on with the game are the factions. I mean, they're fine and serve their respective gameplay purposes (and I like that each faction has a decent variety of units) but I feel like none of them really stick out to me much in the same way that the factions of the first game did. The Hyenas are just kinda whatever. The True Sons feel like a lamer Last Man Battalion and I kinda wish their JTF origins influenced their designs more, for example having recognisable pieces of national guard, police and EMS uniforms on their units and stuff like that. The Outcasts are kind of fun but ultimately they're just reverse Cleaners. I haven't reached the endgame content yet but from what I played in the beta the Black Tusk seemed interesting as enemies but their designs seem very subdued and not very visually striking for what they are.
Honestly, the sewer dwellers are probably my favourite faction by virtue of mystery. I like that they're just sort of there and the game barely acknowledges their existence.
Sent a clan invite request, gudman001.
Destiny may be lacking in content but it beats division by a long shot when it comes to enemy factions being interesting
That's because Destiny can make up anything they want. Division is grounded in reality so it limits what you can do
The enemies in D2 at least visually look and act differently, though it's hard to tell the difference when everything's moving so fast. Black Tusk fuckers will actually flank you, and if you try to flank them they'll call that shit out and react to it. The religious nutters will just charge you not giving a fuck half the time. True Sons like to move around a bit while one guy lays prone to suppress you with his LMG, and Hyenas are just like Smokers from Waterworld. Fuck everything and tactics, they just want what they want, nothing else matters
Pretty hyped to see the game taken so positively
Regarding the factions. I've always felt like I was in Gotham with Div 1. Like, I wouldn't have been surprised if Batman just showed up and broke some goon's arm
I felt a little like that with the Rikers. Their territory always had a shitload of corpses of JTF who'd been tortured to death. A couple is brutal and paints a dark picture, but when there's dozens per city block it becomes comical.
The level of small details in this game is mind boggling, did they need to add pond-skippers which are so small you probably wont notice them in a few areas? No they didnt, but did they? Yes they did and they're animated.

They really need to buff the Lightweight M4 and LOVA-C
They're Rifles this time around, semi auto, and they felt great in Beta, but they got nerfed HARD.
I have a MK17 and a LVOA-C at the same gearscore. The MK17 fires 270 rounds per minute, and does 38k Damage per shot. The LOVA-C fires at 240 rounds per minute, and does 23.5k damage per shot.
Completely useless
I love that you can actually find really good stuff by just exploring in this game. At level 8 and I found a SMG that has like 270k DPS when the next highest DPS weapon I got (which is even one level higher) is only 216k DPS. If I recall correctly, you couldn't actually find good weapons or gear by just exploring in the first game, could you?
Only in the Dark Zone, but they were just the chests in the same landmarks and alleys. From what I gather in D2, chests are randomized throughout missions. I've seen a chest be in a spot it wasn't in previously when repeating a mission. I don't know if it's because it is actually random, or if it's because it changes from World tier to world tier
I don't like where this is going.

I immediately shot at it
Is there any benefit to going to the dark zone besides the thrill of extracting loot before some asshole kills you?
MOST of the loot that drops in the DZ isn't contaminated. It's super easy to get top gear score stuff there, even without extracting anything
I harassed a 3 man group of Rogues today. Just stalking them and popping shots off at them as they played. I'd take their armor out pretty easily. I killed a few a couple of times. It was a lot of fun. They had enough and started chasing me down and I just happened to go down a really narrow alley and so I set up a hasty ambush and waited. I toss a seeker high into the air as they round the corner and run down it. Soon as it went off in the middle of them I poked around the corner and mowed them down. They didn't even know it was coming.
Having the perk that lets you see Rogue nameplates from further away makes harassing sweaty gank squads fun as shit
I meant to rate this win but mobile made it dumb and I can't change it
Its okay I still love you
